When the Aiko began to yell at him, he jumped back a little surprised, scratching the back of his head nervously, blushing a bit in embarrassment. He wasn't used to talking formally, more importantly, he wasn't good at communicating with girls. "S-Sorry....m-ma'am. What I meant to say was....uh...you with the beautiful hair!" He began to sweat nervously, hoping that she wouldn't just walk up to him and punch his face into the ground. "Hehe...." He chuckled nervously. I'm dead...

When all the Jinchuuriki had arrived inside of the council room, a man came walking out of behind one of the curtains. He was large, with golden stripes on his armor. After looking at all the Jinchuuriki in the room, he sat down in the middle. "Take your seats ,everyone. The council will now begin." He took his helmet off and placed it on the table directly in front of him. "First order of business. As you understand, Konohagakure has declined our request for their allegiance and cooperation. This is a problem, seeing as they have begun to perform hostile actions on Republic Shinobi. I've decided that the best course of action is to send all the Jinchuuriki to Konohagakure in order to spy on the village and to find out why the Hokage has been performing these actions." Thought this seemed crazy, he had the perfect way to convince them further into taking this course of action.
"You may not agree with my proposal...but hear me out. There is a bonus to this mission, a side mission actually, if you will. We believe from our reports that....the Two-Tails and Nine-Tails Jinchuuriki may be residing within Konohagakure." He looked at all the other Jinchuuriki, to look at how they would react.

Please take your seats once you have arrived, our General will come in to talk to you shortly about the situation." The Samurai then moved out of the way of the Jinchuuriki's, standing at attention in order to honor them all. At that moment, the giant doors had opened and it was safe to pass.

When he began to walk off, Kota watched silently, about to say something, but remained quietly. Suddenly he called out, "I-I will! I'll prove to you that I can pass your test!" He watched Kokai walk off and then looked around, sighing out quietly. Just then, he noticed the Uzumaki girl...whose name he forgot. He then called out to her, "Hey, you with the red hair! I remember you from the Academy! Hey!" He ran up to her, waving.

I'd prefer if people had only up to two characters, but you can make three if you like.

Well, I can see that. Expllo, if you can provide more information and such, I'll allow your character to be accepted officially.
"Oh, right, I'm sorry for that. I just get a little bit ahead of myself, heh! Nice to meet you Kokai-san, I'm Kota of the Uchiha clan, genin rank!" The smile on Kota's face looked as if it was even bigger than the one before; immediately he yelled out "I know you're a Tokubetsu Jonin....but....please train me in Wind Release!" He bowed down as far as he could, which looked somewhat comical in a way, and put his hands up to pray. "I'm lacking in ninjutsu and all I have to make up for it is my kenjutsu..." He showed the blade on his side, which was a Ninjato. Though he was not the best at Kenjutsu, he still had to rely heavily on it. "I promise I'll do anything if you let me learn Wind Release under your teachings!"

What Eki. says though kind of makes me want to make my Bio longer seeing as I AM the GM and I should be showing a good example and what-not.
