ReaptheMusic: A Bastard sword is hardly a weapon that a ninja would use; most specifically because it's a European weapon that originated in Germany and really didn't show up all that much, if at all, in Japanese history. There's a reason why the katana is such a prolific weapon from Japan: that's the style of sword that they used. On top of that, the technique for fighting with a katana is VERY different from the technique used when fighting with a straight sword like a bastard sword. You might as well wear full plate armor and carry a kite shield into battle along with everything else. Where did she learn European fighting techniques?

Maybe she learned from some Portugese explorers....? Not sure. That and the Rp is gonna kinda be a bit strange since we're going to be dealing with some pretty crazy "Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors" stuff. HirotheLegend is even basing Nobunaga on his Samurai Warriors depiction....but you do have a point, Bastard sword is a bit strange for a Shinobi, but there could be many ways to explain how she got it. Maybe foreigners left it as a peace-giving gift considering she is a Princess, you never know.

Name: Unknown, but everyone in Death Valley calls him Tarlach

Age: Unknown, but he claims to be older than Death Valley itself and even helped in it's construction.

Race: Shapeshifter, though he prefers the term "Druid".

Personality: Cocky, a bit of a smart ass, and downright intellectual. He acts high and mighty due to his extensive knowledge of almost....well, anything. However, the only real reason he knows so much is because of his Private Library that he crammed with books and notes that he took from all over the world in his travels. He can be kind and even go as far as being generous, but one has to ask for it nicely before he'll help.

Biography: Nothing is confirmed on what his past is, but he claims that this is his story: When he was a child, he had been born from the womb of nature itself. Grabbing himself a walking stick, he set out to pursue the knowledge of the world and all it's creations, searching all over the globe. The older he got, the more he learned and the greater with shapeshifting he became. He decided to learn more about how he could shapeshift and what he could shapeshift into. Slowly, but surely, he began to uncover the secrets...and at last he discovered it; he could only transform into living beings he has killed. Grief stricken from this tragic realization, he used his knowledge and searched for a place that he could feel home in. It was when he was introduced into Death Valley by it's very founder. Relieved to find such a welcoming place, he helped construct the foundation of Death Valley and was given a small little estate. Though not exactly big, it was fair size, and it suited his purpose for reading very well.

Supernatural/human partner: I don't like choosing, put me with whoever you see fit!
Oh is that a challenge? I sense competition between two survivors.

I sort of want to play an Imagawa survivor. Or a Portuguese explorer.

I will allow either one.

Hideniyo Misako

To a certain degree will supernatural abilities be allowed, but don't put up any skill moves or anything like that. Just most things will be somewhat out of the norm. Kinda like Dynasty Warriors. For now, from what I see of your CS, accepted! Masamune and Misako both have a love for the fine arts, so they might form a friendship quickly. I'm hoping in the army that we might get to know more about the Hideniyo clan and her arranged marriage.

I'm thinking of playing someone who does not belong to a clan. Would I just not list a clan name in that case?

Sure, not everyone belongs to a clan, but they would still have last names.
Yeaaaaaaaah.
Mind reserving me a place for Male? I might not be able to post my CS for maybe a day or two though, since I'm on a road trip to Chicago(brothers Naval Graduation.) When I arrive there, I'll be setting my laptop up and getting to work. Any problems with that?

Skills: Workin' on this too.

Brief Bio: Jacob was a "fresh out of highschool" adult before the infection had begun. After graduating from his school in the state of Virginia, he went on to work at a local theater to major in Performance and Acting. In order to keep himself a healthy body image, he exercised daily by jogging. What began as jogging turned into running, then into sprinting, and finally into full on parkour. If there was anything that he enjoyed more than performance, it was running. The feeling of the wind blowing on his face when he sprinted felt good to him back then, because he was so free to run anywhere he wanted. However, the infection started....and everything before him began to crumble.

He was close to his family when he had come to their rescue on that one chaotic day. Blood was being carved everywhere on the streets. Riot police fought rioters, infected, and anything that would so much as cause trouble. When he had arrived to his home, his father was already taken. He quickly took his two younger sisters and mother and fled the state by bus with a large group of other people. They traveled south of the eastern coast, trying their best to survive for a month until they had reached Florida, where the bus crashed.

When he awoke from the wreckage, most of the other survivors had been killed in the crash save a few. He recollected his memory and remembered how the crash began...it started with his mother becoming ill. She had turned when they were half-way to the dock that had an emergency radio broadcast, relaying to survivors that it would bring them to Havana, Cuba. Burying his family near the bus crash, he continued on to the ship where he was taken to Havana...but again, the same problem arose just like the bus...a person was stricken ill...and the boat crashed.

This is all I really got for now, does it look good? I kind of wanted to start off out of the group and maybe end up meeting up with them due to the boat crash that he had in Havana. I would love some constructive feedback!
Seeing as Nobunaga is a nearly god-like character in most stories he is portrayed in, I'm slipping in some supernatural appeal. And yes, you may be a swordswoman, there are no restrictions on your gender with the role.
Is this still open? I thought I might as well join since I'm getting an Rp running and nobody has joined it yet .-.
