Before I send in a CS if I can join or not, I just wanted to ask two questions, if that's okay?

I just wanted to know if it would be possible to be the "Jedi Padawan" for the Regiment if I could supply a sufficient CS(I'm down with not being a Jedi, so it's just a simple yes or no question, heh.) My other question is if this Rp is still open to join?
I'll finish my CS maybe tomorrow. For now I've got issues with school. Sorry for the inconvenience.
"When I mean by 'quite the look', I mean it by, 'you sure are one sight', or something more simple, 'you're a cute thing'." He smiled, his hair covering his face just a little bit. He started to walk with a bit more power in his step, which he then stopped using his walking stick. It seemed as if he was getting younger...like he was changing into a different person entirely. "Also, you are pretty short. You sure you can reach a cabinet that high?"
Alchemy: the science of understanding, deconstructing, and reconstructing matter. However, it is not an all-powerful art; it is impossible to create something out of nothing. If one wishes to obtain something, something of equal value must be given. This is the Law of Equivalent Exchange, the basis of all alchemy. In accordance with this law, there is a taboo among alchemists: human transmutation is strictly forbidden…for what could equal the value of a human soul?

50 years ago, there were two legendary alchemists, known as the Elric Brothers. In order to stop a great evil from becoming too powerful, they both used the power of alchemy to defeat the threat from destroying Amestris. Not only this, but a plot on the use of Amestris was revealed much earlier, with Furher Bradley was exposed as a Homunculus. With the Homunculus gone, Amestris immediately entered the road of recovery, and the story of Alchemist continues...

~Rules~
1. I am the GM, what I say is law, but I am open for suggestions and discussions.
2. As already stated in FMA, you cannot make something out of nothing(I.E. You need to have a transmutation circle or just not be an Alchemist at all.)
3. Romance is allowed and encouraged, but anything over 18 must go to your messages.
4. Swearing is allowed of course, but don't use it like you have nothing else to say.
5. Put "Equivalent Exchange" in the password so that I know you read the rules.
6. Have fun!

-Accepted Characters-

Working on this.

I haven't really been able to find out a plot for it, but I wanted to include the homunculi in it(Not the original 7 named after Sins.) I'll probably get a plot and OOC up tomorrow. Anyone interested?
"Well, judging by the red on your face, it seems you really are in a horror." He laughed as he brought her a bit farther from the town. The houses began to thin in numbers, but the farther they got, the better the houses seemed in condition. Not only that, but the road seemed to be getting cleaner. Adjusting his glasses, he smiled again as he looked down at her, "Tell me something, how does someone with such a tiny body manage to live such a normal life? I don't mean this as an insult, but more of a curious and scientific purpose. That and you are quite the look, I must say."
He stayed smiling, which then turned into a bit of a crooked frown, then back into a smile. He then laughed quietly, which got a little bit louder and louder. He then grinned at her, a menacing look on his face as he pulled her away to bring her back to his home. "Oh don't be so ignorant my little darling, I'm much, much more older then you can imagine...you can even say, I'm much older than this town itself..." His crooked back began to turn up into a strong posture, his arms began to hold her closer and had a much more stronger grip on her as well. "Tell me, what's your name and do you like books?"
Masamune kneel'd down at the small stream in front of him and touch the water, feeling the cool liquid touch his hands. He smiled and looked up to where the stream was coming from...a pond. Inside were some koi fish that had been swimming around, circling about trying to find food. He sighed out, turned, and began to walk out of the garden through some bamboo. "I suppose it is time for me to meet up with Nobunaga." He scratched the back of his head quietly, sighing out a bit. "He doesn't like it when I keep him waiting." Masamune then proceeded to walk back into Edo, through the streets, and up to castle steps.

The steps were eerily quiet and inside the courtyard, nobody was present. He stood there silently, looking at the cherry blossom. "Why are the castle grounds deprived of guards...." He said silently, his alert being up a bit. He never did like peace and quiet, unless of course it was during his gardening or painting.
It's fine. Good luck.
"Well you see, it's easy." He smiled, cutting her down and holding her in closely. almost as if he was hugging her. He stared down at her, grinned, and took off his glasses. "You were abandoned because up there...nobody loves you. However, here, I'll take care of you. I will keep you safe, warm, fed, groomed....all in the exchange that you don't run away. Sounds good, love?" He smirked again, petting her hair.
