Client World blah blah blah blah
Ridge watched the man with interest. He was definitely nothing close to the things Ridge fought before, but on the same boat, Ridge was now also nothing compared to what he was before himself. He refused to let such thoughts get him down though, so he continued watching the preset situation. Superman obviously took the guy down with ease, and Ridge enjoyed observing every second of the display of power.
He couldn't see everything, but the sounds were more than enough to tell Ridge what happened. This Superman was either more conservative than other versions of him, or he was weaker. Nonetheless, he was impressed.
"Come on, I have to round up the other perpetrators before we can get going. Follow me, please," Superman ordered. Ridge attempted to use an old power to have a fake copy of himself poof in front of Superman to surprise him, but he could not. Instead, he just spoke from behind the famed hero. This also saddened him, but he did not show it. He was good at controlling his emotions, since a certain alter ego made such control more than necessary.
"Aye aye, Cap'n!" Ridge exclaimed, then started to follow Superman, matching his pace easily.
"Who are you? And how did you know who I am?" asked Ridge's 'captor'. Rather bluntly, too. But Ridge was used to being blunt, since that was how many of his old friends were.
"Name's Ridge, pal. That's what I've always gone by. I know who you are because I've met other versions of yourself. Nice people, they were. You seem to be too, by the looks of things. Might I ask what these non-human felons have done to break the law of this land?"
Then a very important question popped into the black and yellow coated individual. "Oh yeah! Uh... Say, you should let me help take out some of these aliens, mate! You could probably do it all yourself, but I'm bored out of my mind right now."
