The Depths of Deception

Well the Vitrus empire has always existed just more so in our heads and not terribly fleshed out. The idea being that the war gave some power to more minor factions within Human space to rise up and sieze power. One faction being the Order of the Mother Bear (Space USSR basically) and the Vitrus Empire (Space Romans). They are smaller factions than the human Earth based government but still own quite a few planets. The Sovereignty is close trading partners with the Vitrus in an attempt to undermine the human government basically but they hate the Order of the bear. Them hating the bear since they essentially use the big bad aliens as a way to stay in power and keep harassing fringe worlds, so when they become bothersome enough the Sovereignty goes in and does some house cleaning with Bear bases of power. Their allowed to do this since they are not part of the assembly and the mainline human government hates both groups anyways.

Shuo felt uneasy about going to the human homeworld not as a conqueror but as a guest. They had only learned of earth in the last week of the war due to the humans destroying their nav data if they thought their were being captured or destroyed. It became rather bothersome for the techies and the AI to piece together much of anything once that policy got put into place. Though since those were for lack of a better term the glory days, he supposed that it would be best to atleast see what the humans were fighting so desperately for.

Shuo sat down on a couch and let the cushions swallow him whole as he relaxed into the chair. "Well, suppose if there is any really xenophobic people there not much to be done considering the war is over for years now. Though I'm interested in this food you two were talking about. Been awhile since I've tried human food besides coffee."

It would be likely they are near the one most of the people walked through originally so if that's the one that's open. Also 3 people with biotic charge could make a hole quickly if need be.

Well it does stand to reason that Cactus and the other two biotics in the cabal capable of biotic charging could use it to go up. Also know that there are still 2 more Cabalists outside of the room.

Could just make it Nova Terra. Nova meaning new. 800 is probably better though considering most of the people picked up by the empire would be on fringe planets that the Sovreignty didn't care to squash a rebellion on. Those planets would have few Masulu on them by default, though with close trading relationships dual citizenship's tend to crop up. Hmmm I suppose that would depend on just how close that relationship was. How close would you care for it to be? Defensive pact with heavy trading maybe? That case would probably mean it would allow those specific people to move freely back and forth, though that depends on what the culture is like in the empire I suppose. As if you decided to get a citizenship their it would probably need to be a better place to live for atleast someone or some type of people.
