ReivaX put his hands behind his head, elbows in the air, as he leaned back in his chair. He would close his eyes as he let out a deep breath. "Alright." He said as he opened his eyes and placed his hand on the table. Although Thessalia rejected the offer, he couldn't help but feel a little relieved. Since he bought the game he went in with hopes that it would help him become more social in one way or another. "Well if you change your mind you can send me a message, and we can grind together." He pushed himself up from his seat, the chair sliding back a bit as he did this. "Either way, I'm heading off to grind some more. So I'll see you around." Pausing for a second before adding. "Be careful out there would ya?" Letting off a light chuckle as he turned around and wave to her while walking towards the doors to the Inn. Pushing the doors open he took in a deep breath and headed out towards the the field outside of town. ReivaX searched through his inventory for a teleport crystal only to remember he used it to get to town earlier. Damn it... I must of used my last one to get town... well isn't that just fabulous! An annoyed look on his face as he thought about it. With an annoyed look on his face he decided he was following through with it and getting back to grinding, walking to the field instead.

Walking out into the field looking for a good group of mobs to kill, ReivaX spotted the perfect group just a little ways away. He broke out into a quick paced jog towards the group, stopping about 25 feet away from them. As he walked closer, ready to use his One-handed curved sword skill at any moment, he noticed someone running in his general direction. ReivaX had no clue just as to why this person might be running, so he decided to watch to see what was going on. The figures became clearer the closer they got. While watching he noticed a familiar face. Is that... no, it cant be... He thought to himself as he looked carefully at the boy running, until he caught a glimpse of his face. It is! It's the kid who was staring at me at the Inn, but what's he running from? ReivaX looked around the blonde haired boy, trying to see what he could be running from. He eventually saw the Pker with the Two-Handed assault spear chasing the Blonde haired boy with three other trailing quite far away. ReivaX started to run towards the Blonde haired boy and the Pker with the assual spear. "Hey!" He shouted out to them. "Hey, What's going on here? Do you need help?!" He cried out, adding to what he said.
Its okay Undying, its okay
*pats back*
As ReivaX sat there the awkward silence between the two lingered. ReivaX looked to his plate, finishing the last bit of the meal that used to be there. "Ahh! that was good." He said rather comfortably. Closing his eyes and throwing his arms above his head as he held his hands. Looking forward once a again to see Thessalia sitting across from him, for a second here he had completely forgot she was there due to how quiet it was. "Oh... Uh... How is yours? There food is pretty good here wouldn't ya say?" ReivaX asked her curiously, no longer being able to make out what meal she had. He would fold his arms at his chest while resting his back to the back of the chair, slouching slightly on his seat. He turned and tilted his head in various directions as he admired the way the Inn looked on the inside, ReivaX seemed to like the way a lot of the buildings looked on the inside. Reivax notice the Inn becoming less and less occupied as he looked around, as he watched the players leave one by one he remembered that he wanted to get back out grind some more to level his skills. Before Thessalia could answer the first set of questions, ReivaX would be asking her more. Taking in a deep breath he would close his eyes, this being his own way of preparing himself to ask her. "Do you want to train skills with me since we were both going to do that anyway?" He asked as he kept his eyes closed, only to open them as he finished asking. "I mean... if you want to, It was only a suggestion, you don't have to... you don't have to do anything if you din't want to... Nobody does realistically..." ReivaX added, seeming to be rambling on a bit as he felt a little awkward asking her that. They had only really encountered a few times within the month after they met.
While holding his eyes shut Todd heard Mark's voice ring out. 'Oi,.you two, get over, here, Todd, this plan is damn good, so I suggest you listen...' Todd dropped his head, losing all excitement and interest in the box. He knew it would be important for him to being paying attention to the plan; people's lives where at stake if someone didn't do what they were supposed to. Even though he was demanded to join the group and listen to the plan, Todd figured he would simply look at the box of his own volition. When he uncover his eyes the box was already gone, leaving him dumbfounded. None the less He continued on, letting out a sigh as he shoved his hands in his pocket, walking back to the group.

Luckily Todd was able to get back to the group in time to hear Beau go over the plan once again as if to clarify. Todd completely missed the first time the plan was told. He listened to Beau tell the plan as he looked to the ground with his arms folded at hiss chest, his right leg shaking furiously as the rest of him appeared rather calm. Todd nodded every now and again to show that he was actually paying attention this time around. He heard his name come up when Beau was elaborating on what their group would be doing as he looked to Eli. Todd seemed to listen with his undivided attention as Beau said what he was to do specifically. When Beau asked him about his powers Todd shifted his gaze from the ground to Beau. "Well I should be able to override it, I would already know everything about it... so... I guess so, but I would need a computer." He said in response to the first question. "As for the second question, well... Yeah!" He paused before adding. "If I know about it, it means I know all the vital pieces it would need to run, which I would if I saw it, whatever 'it' is. He said finally. Listening to the rest of what he was said; shaking his head when Beau asked if anyone had any questions.

Ray posed his question, drawing Todd attention. Listening to the what Ray asked as well as the concerns and suggested he made, Todd thought he brought up some good points, but decided to stay silent opposed to attempting to answer the question. He knew he wouldn't even be able to give a decent answer to it. Instead he waited for someone else to answer, it made him kind of curious as to what they would do in said situation.
Sorry, I've been absent for the last couple days
I'll have a post up soon
The sound of various players chatting and clinking of silverware filled the Inn as ReivaX looked to Thessalia as she sat in the seat across the table from him. 'Thanks' He heard escape from her.ReivaX simply waved his hand at her as if to say it was no problem without the use of words. He returned to his plate of food in front of him, lifting more of the into his mouth. Looking up to her once more as she answered the question he previously posed; nodding his head in reply as his mouth was full of food. 'Sorry to interrupt you, but all the other tables were taken' ReivaX looked around to the other tables, unintentionally checking her statement. "I see." He said before filling his mouth once more only to here her ask the same question. He balled his left hand and brought the fist up to cover his mouth, raising his right hand with his index finger uplike saying of second. He would chew and swallow his food before answering. Reivax would take a deep breath to compose himself once his mouth was empty. "I only stopped here for some food before heading back out to grind or train some more." He said, shifting his eyes to the player who brushed past their table; ReivaX noticed it was the boy who had been staring at him earlier. Reivax was nearly done his plate of food at this point, seeming to shovel the last of the food into his mouth.

the whole system is racist. I really want to become overlord, wipe the slate clean, and do everything right. Free healthcare for all. Government pays the doctors, teachers, etc the best wages, and college is super cheap and even gives more benefits to make it worth it. Fucking america. I'm going to bed.

You sound like you're describing what we got here in Canada, with the exception of one or two things.
But Paradigm is right, it really is all in the eye of the beholder. I mean one can love it simply because they choose to others... well not so much

Also Hello to the new faces I see *waves to all*
Seems like I missed out on a quite a bit with my absence, but that's only to be expected with this thread.
So take that as a lesson newcomers to the thread. I jest, I jest xD
Todd had kept his back turned to the group since last he spoke, hoping they hadn't caught on to how he cut off at the word 'drug'. As daily Questioned him, he felt it necessary to come up with an explanation as to what he meant and try to cover up what he had actually said. Planting his face in the palm of his right hand, Todd shook his head gently. "No I uh... I was going say..." Trying think up a quick and believable lie as he paused. "I was going to say a drug.. examiner, yes a drug examiner of sorts be-" Seeming to stop himself in the middle of his lie as Daily spoke again. 'At least my alcoholism benefits the mission' Todd Immediately cock his head to the side violently due to finding Daily's tone to be condescending. With that he turned to face her, the stern look of annoyance apparent on his face. "You know what?! Daily, was it? Yes, At least my abilities don't rely on my substance abuse, UNLIKE SOMEONE HERE.... I mean you damn it!" He said viciously, undermining her abilities in return. It now being obvious to whoever was paying attention that Todd was in fact a drug addict. "Do you know how boring it is to know everything about anything you see... The world has no wonders! It may as well be dead to me. Drugs... oh the beautiful creation of man, drugs... are what make everything so much... More! Life is no longer that dull piece of crap that's just there and has to be dealt with." He added as his anger flipped to admiration of the drugs. It was like he'd already forgotten that he was yelling at Daily.

Todd's attention was drawn to Murry as he spoke. The smile that had crept on to Todd's face had disappeared when he realized Murry was talking about the mission. He'd felt if it was about the mission and a potential plan it would be worth listening to if not anything else. 'I don't have much of a plan.' Todd's attention began to stray from Murry when he heard him say that. Well shit if he doesn't have a plan and big mister Mark Dean is acting commander it can't be that important. He thought to himself as he riffled through the bag he had brought with him, the bag that held his 'backup' chems. "Where they hell is it... where the hell is it..." He said quietly to himself as Murry spoke, looking for one of the chems he brought in hopes that he would be able to take it later if the chance was presented.

'Why would they send an addict? because your power makes you an invaluable asset to the team, all of you bring something to the table that makes you different to the others.' Mark's voice rang through Todd's ears. Todd look up as he knew that Mark was talking about him, putting the search for the chems off to the side. He listened to the rest of what Mark had to say about the few people he choose to use as examples. Todd figured Mark must of known what would be the best course of action and what do do with everyone's unique abilities. After all Mark was put in charge as temp leader and he did say he knew about everyone who was supposed to show up so he must of read their files. When it came to the end of Mark's dialogue it dawned on Todd that he must of missed out on something important that Murry said. Should give them more credit than what I have.. He thought to himself.

Todd looked over to the new fellow who only showed up recently as he spoke about how wondrous the box was. The man had been holding on to and looking at the box Mark said not to touch with a great deal of admiration for it. When Todd caught on to what he was talking about his interest had been peaked. Moving over to the man who held Mark's invisibility box. "Can I take a look at that really quick?" Sounding rather excited that someone other than Mark had the box, covering his eyes with his hands to not spoil the surprise of finding out how it worked. He hoped the Man holding it would let him take a look at the box, even if he said 'no' Todd would just spoil it and look either way for it was something new to know about. "Well can I?!" Todd said impatiently as he waited for a 'ye' or 'no' reply on the subject of looking at the box.
ReivaX shovelled the food into his mouth, swallowing mouth full after mouth full. Occasionally looking from his food only to notice the Inn filling up slightly more with each passing time he looked up. The fact the Inn was ever so slowly filling up concerned him none for he already had the table he wanted and he had been able to eat peacefully with no interruptions so far. As he ate around half of what he'd ordered, ReivaX had looked up once more to see a a player with blonde hair staring at him as he ate. Uncomfortable with it, he would simply stare back at the boy, motionless, with his cheeks full of food. After a little bit of time the boy had looked away, but ReivaX continued to watch him as he slowly began to chew. Why was he looking at me... was I eating weird or something...do I have something on face... He began to think to himself as he waited to see if the boy looked back. Few seconds later ReivaX dropped his gaze back down to his food as he returned to eating; he began to eat more 'civil' in case it was his eating that made the boy stare.

The rate at which the food on his plate was disappearing slowed down. It seemed like ReivaX was getting full and it did not look like he was going the finish the rest of the food on his plate. He looked up again as if taking a break from eating to look around. The Inn had become fairly packed since he last decided to look up. He was kind of surprised when he saw how many people were actually in there now, he never noticed just how many where in there till now. Again, it didn't bother him as long as they left him alone. Taking a quick glance down at his food, he sighed to himself in his head. I don't want to not finish this food... I mean I know its a game and all, but still... it just doesn't feel right. He thought to himself while looking back down at his food. Chewing another mouth full of food he heard a voice. 'This seat free?' He looked up to see who said had asked him about the seat. To his surprise it was Thessalia, a player he once used a healing crystal on and had encountered a few times afterwards. 'Wait, Reiva?' He choked on his food causing him to cough when he looked eye to eye with Thessalia. Quickly covering his mouth as he continued to cough. "H-Hey Tess... Oh s-sure I guess." He struggled to say as he caught his breath. Although they'd met and briefly spoke a few times before, ReivaX was still rather shy around her. "W-Wh-What uh... What are you doing... here?" He added, oblivious to the fact she was most likely here to get food as she was holding a plate of food.
