Yes you can still apply. So far the King and his family have been trying to have a lighthearted family gathering before a meeting with all of the kingdom's top military officials later in the day. Elsewhere and possibly in the past a group of rangers came upon a burnt caravan in the middle of a storm. They met with a few other characters including a half-wolf bard and a roaming half-demon warrior and now those characters are ddescending upon the burnt out city of Okly and confronted by a band of 50 dark side bandits/undead/void creatures. The Dark side's inner circle is in the middle of a bit of oath swearing, but my co-gm is mia and that has gotten nowhere fast. I hop things will move more swiftly as finals are finished up.

Very good questions that I wish I knew the answer to. Honestly I am hoping to hear from everyone by the time the battle at Okly is done.

Sariel will probably not be getting any help at this meeting from any actual evidence as it will take several days for the lot of them to get to the capital.

But who knows we could just retcon this to have happened days ago and then they show up at the meeting anyway. If anyone has an opinion on that feel free to speak up.

Well I had been hoping there would be one more round ofpost for breakfast and then maybe another round of people getting ready for the big meeting, but nobody has responded to my last post in the breakfast scene and its been like a week so I may move that forward a bit though The_Written_John and Leslie Hall are mia and Cuccoruler has neglected to post anything despite checking in often and being active in other rps so who knows if that can even happen till I creepily find out where they live and threaten then to post at gunpoint

I wouldn't be so sure that you'll be knocking over the huge guy. and we may need to put some limits on that as such a powerful cc should not be able to be used very freely else entire armies be felled by a little wolf girl with a lute.

Oh, well if you're covering your ass to be able to join in the action much later then that's fine, though you may still want to make it more vague because I really doubt that the fight will last even an hour of game world time. Who knows though.

Let the Games begin. Makrinagon will be entering this on the Dark side, probably as part of the bandits. Not quite sure yet. Still need to work out the details. Just don't be too worried when he starts posting. I'll let him know not to kill everyone =P.

The giant bandit and the cloaked being were still bickering over the nature of their excursion and when the best time to defile the countryside was when a small woman with wolf ears stepped around a corner. "Uh, hi. Sorry, I'm just a bit lost. Trying to make my way to some city or other, thought this was it. Turns out not. I can see your really busy, so I'll just let myself out" she said backing away from them. The cloaked figures spared her a few glances from beneath their hoods before returning to their chanting, but the huge bandit was interested by this girl and straightened himself up to look her over carefully.

"What's uh cute thing like ya doin' round here?" he said licking his lips and stepping towards Adria gripping a large maul loosely at his side. Some of the bandits took noticed and readied weapons, but many didn't notice or did not care about having been found out by one woman who was probably not going to se the end of the night anyway. In the north of the square the decaying men wordlessly started to move out of the square.

"I think you and I are goin' to have a real fun time" the hulking bandit beamed, revealing his crooked yellow smile.

you seem to have moved the clock forward quite a lot. I may be missing something, but I'm not sure its been hours for everyone else.

Anyway, more to the point as Absolis has just so kindly put Adria's foot in her mouth I guess its time to start the... festivities.
