Bynie was frozen in fear as she sunk into the water all she could think about was why the hell had she never learned how to swim? As she was accepting her death an arm wrapped around get and plucked her up to the surface. She sputtered and looked up at her saviour, it was the Blonde dude with the accent, Arthur she thought his name was.
He was the image of calm even though the pool was roaring with commotion.
"And breathe. Come on, let's get you out." She clung to him trying to calm her short sharp breaths as he pulled her to the edge of the pool. Lifting her out of the treacherous water she stared up at him slightly star struck.
"T-thank you," she said breathlessly. But he just looked around with a determined look on his face.
Standing he commanded the attention of the room with a clap of his hands and directed everyone to calm down and re group in the lounge. She remembered him mentioning that he was a teacher and she could definitely see that now.
Some individuals started filing out of the pool area pretty quickly, there were still murmured of voices but the chaos had seemed to defuse. Bynie shivered wrapping her arms around herself she looked down at her bandaged ankle and then noticed how incredibly sheer her romper had become. Flushing hot she
very carefully hobbled away.
Making it to her room she quickly changed into a t-shirt and jeans. Bynie looked at her bed longingly, wanting to nap off her near death experience. But she didn't want to miss out on the pow wow in the lounge. Taking a deep breath she ran her hand through her wet hair and made her way.
She didn't make it far before hearing newly conjured mayhem. Deciding to not get caught up in it she leaned near the entrance and waited.
