Liliana stands at a good 5'8, her hair is a shade of black, as her pupils are grey. Her appearance can be seen as seductive to some.

Initial Ability: Liliana has power over ice, Cryokinesis if you will. With her power, she makes ice formations.

Ice Ball: Basically a snowball, consumes little of her energy.

Ice Shard/Bolt: Liliana makes a pinching motion with two of her fingers, she then takes two fingers from the opposite hand and "pulls" up. Creating a Ice Shard/Bolt she can toss at enemies like a javelin. Depending on how big the bolt/shard is, it can take a good amount of energy.

Ice Shuriken: Self explanatory, she makes a shuriken out of ice, again, depending on how big the shuriken is it can take a good amount of energy.

Freeze: Also Self-Explanatory, she can freeze an area she wants :3
The bigger the area, the more energy she uses up.

Who you were: This is a reservation for when I have the talent, so like tomorrow.

The Mythical Town of Fey

Hershel looked up at the tall house while walking over the bridge, "It sure is big." he said smiling at the giant building, then frowned because he never had something like this, just a cold white room.

Cyndi strolled through the forest of Fey, looking at the beautiful flowers in the forest. All because of her distant relative, Silap Inua. She picked one and smelled it, a beautiful scent. She heard deep growling. "Agares you sneaky bastard come out and face me." the growling creature snickered and then a hole was created from the ground, he emerged and then the hole closed up. The ground rumbled and Cyndi stared up at him, "Well, it seems you've grown up." Cyndi cracked her neck and grinned wickedly. The large creature screamed an unearthly scream. Cyndi's hair turned a dark shade of blue and she slammed the ground, ice in a circle around her appeared and damaged the monster, it was clear it was in pain. Cyndi shot shards of ice at him and it screeched.
Cyndi's hair turned grey with blonde streaks and she made a storm appear, the storm dealt massive damage to the creature and it dissapeared, turning into a pile of ash.
Her hair turned back to the natural light blue color and she collected the ash. She melted it with her power over the sun and then collapsed to the ground, breathing heavily, she used to much power in one time. "I need to conserve my strength." she noted and then stood up, shaking.

Abilities: Cyndi was born as a descendant of the old Weather God, Silap Inua, from this she has power from the Sun, Ice, Wind, and Lightning/Storms.
Personality: Cyndi is generally a quieter girl, if anything she's a Introvert. She doesn't enjoy going up to people and starting conversations she'd rather you go up to

Backstory: Cyndi was born and raised in the City of Fey, for most of her early years she had no clue about her powers.
When she turned the age of 12, she started spending more outside, spending time in rain and storms., and it was almost as if the storm was made to not hurt her.. She was never sunburned. Her parents would always yell at her to get inside and she would feel emotionally away from the storm itself. It was honestly really odd for her.
One year later at the age of 13, in the winter Silap Inua was done with just watching her go through life. He made it snow at her house, and when it all melted some snow stayed that read her name, and then his. Cyndi delved into mythology, and his name popped up in Inuit Mythology, 'possessor of the spirit'
It turns out, at that moment Silap Inua blessed Cyndi with his power over the Sun, Ice, Wind, and Storms.
