[b*]Character Age:[/b] 57
[b*]Character Gender:[/b] male
[b*]Character Augmentations:[/b] Due to an accident early in his engineering career involving an auto-manufactor and the buckles on his gloves, both of Tito's arms are robotic. They're not civilian models either, they're industrial grade prosthetics designed to best assist someone with tasks related to engineering. They're heat-resistant, shock-proof, and provide some degree of augmented strength, although this strength boost isn't all that substantial. He can lift items that weigh around 200 pounds with some effort.
[b*]Character Appearance/personality:[/b]
Tito Gervais is a rather simple looking man. His facial features are set plainly on his face, almost mirroring the practical nature of his profession. His icy blue eyes accentuate his short, well-kept white beard and short hair. His build is lean, yet relatively fit. His skin is a bit pinker than the average human (since his body produces the same amount of blood, but there's two less limbs for it to go to), and he stands at about 5'10.
His personality is complex, to say the least. Life on a space station has him used to extremely rigid engineering schedules, and most of the time one talks to him, he's irritable and foul-tempered. He's rigid by practice, and is prone to taking the most practical solution to any situation. He wants to be more friendly, but stress usually drives him to less friendly responses. He's also notorious around the station for his smoking habits, and can almost always be found with a cigar in his mouth, or a cigarette when he's out of those.

[b*]Character's Brief History:[/b] Thomas was born to two poor parents, in the slums of New Madrid. No one ever really expected to amount to much, but at around the age of eight, he started displaying a unique curiosity towards his father's car. His father, a lower-ranked police officer, indulged the young Thomas, and allowed him to look under the car's hood and get familiar with all the nuances. By the time Thomas was 14, he knew the engine of his father's patrol car like the back of his hand. In school, he showed an aptitude to technical pursuits, and his parents planned to send him to a prestigious engineering college, when the worst happened.
At the age of 19, just after graduating from high school, Thomas' father was killed in an armed altercation at a clinic, and most of the money that was saved for Thomas' college instead went to the funeral. Thomas was quick to move on to pursue his career, and instead enrolled in a general college to major in engineering. After that, he floated between jobs, from fixing cars to working on assembly lines, until he finally saved enough money to enter the college his family originally planned to send him.
At the age of 30, he was one of the older members, and after another ten years of education, he finally came out with the degree he wanted. He later found a job in the Outertech Corporation, and eventually worked his way up to his current assignment, as Chief Engineer of the station on Miasma.
