I'm alittle wary of telepaths. You have up be careful not to 'read' something the character hasn't actually said or thought. If your will it restrict that I'll approve her.

She controls her telapathy pretty well because she considers it an invasion of privacy. Only in cases of extreme emergency does she use it.

Name: Phoenix Walker

Abilities: Telepathic, Telekinetic, Immortality, Pyrokinesis
Personality: Appears hard and closed off until you get to know her. Kind and caring. She is a brutally honest person, which may cause her to lose friends. Can be loud at times. Quick temper which may lead to power escalation out of her control.
Appearance: (minus the sword but you get the picture)
Bio: Phoenix was abandoned at the age of four when her parents realized she was different. They had no way of controlling her or her powers and left her in a forest, with a few items to survive hoping she would. Phoenix's powers prevent her from dying so she suffered in the forest until she figured out how to semi survive on her own. She continued to live in isolation. She was stressed and burned down part of the forest which is how the cop found her and knew to take her to the benefactor. That's all she will tell anyone, and will not tell anyone how she survived.

Skills: Rifle Expert, Marksman, Combat Expert, Medic. She was top of the field in every aspect, moved up the ranks fairly quickly. Smart and brutally honest.

Mental Description: Wynter is sane unless she needs to be otherwise. Don't let the outward appearance fool you.

Why did they decide to freeze you?: They needed her for her medical skills, as well as to train other agents when necessary.

Phoenix walked to the door slowly, the Benefactor had told her she'd be in good hands here. An officer had picked her up and taken her to him, where he explained why she was so out of control sometimes. She liked her isolation. It had been that way since her parents abandoned her so long ago. She picked up her hand as if she was going to knock and stopped herself, what was she doing here?

"Get it together " she said to herself softly as she knocked on the door, hoping someone would answer.
