-Before the meteorite rain destroyed society, Teófilo was the host of a well known survival, travel and exploration TV show (The Argentinian). Although most of the survival and exploration parts were scripted, Teo did learn quite a few basic things on the process.
-Faking knowledge about survival and exploration, as well as having to do interviews and conferences on these themes, Teo became a pretty good actor and liar. If one was to measure his skills in a more traditional RPG style, he would have a really high persuasion.
-Even before that, Teo was an olympic trap and double trap shooter, so you could say he's pretty good with a rifle.

This sounds interesting. I think this could work as either a group arriving to the new world and trying to settle/survive/etc. and each player is one of the members of the expedition or each player is the leader of their own group (with the subordinates as NPCs or something like that) and has to settle a colony/explore the new world/interact with the natives/become a menace for the other settlements.
Updated the CS with a "backstory". It's really shor and resembles more a recap of what has happened so far (like you would see on the first page of older comics), instead of a really long origin story. Hope it's good enough.
Sorry I've been absent. Had some college stuff to take care of. But now I'm back, and I'll start work on the CS shortly.
