He annoys people often without realizing, but nobody says that or is mean to him because of his kind personality. While he can sometimes be annoying, he always knows how to cheer people up and how to be funny. He has a sense of sarcasm, even in serious situations. When he was around the age of 7, he started learning that with deep concentration, he could affect water in certain ways that it would move in an unnatural way, or defy physics slightly. Over the years he has practice this trick and can now use his powers more easily and in bigger ways.

Jacob came in next in his usual hoodie and cargo shorts. Right before he went through the doors, he remembered to smile. You cant let them see your true self. They would see it as another weakness. You already look like you're 10, you cant give them more to use against you. He walked in, pulling his sleeves down to hide his wrists, and sat at the table next to another person(@Tracyarmav). He looked over to see somebody else wearing the exact same outfit as Jacob. Great, now I need to get new clothes. I cant look like I'm trying to copy someone. Forgetting about all this, he looked down at his non-dairy waffles and chocolate almond milk. He didn't trust it for a second. This was a thing he had learned. Never trust people you don't know. He pushed the plate and cup aside. He wasn't that hungry anyways.

Bio: He has always been very short and small for his age. This has led to getting picked on and bullied, which has made him depressed, however he doesn't let anyone know that. He is allergic to dairy. He is very rebellious, and does not respect authority. When he was 11, he ran away from home because his parents were abusive. He has lived alone on the streets with nothing but his 3 pocket-knives and his one pair of clothes. Over the years he taught himself how to sneak and thieve, and he has gotten into many fights, teaching him his fighting skills. He had always avoided the law, until recently when he got greedy and tried to steal an I-phone unsuccessfully. He was arrested for this and his many other crimes. He was given two options: prison, or this experiment.
