@manapool: Though I like the idea of your character, I have to inform youthat Shibusen was closed for a long time and only opened shortly before the IC will start off. Lord Death (or Shinigami, as I prefer) is also gone for yet unknown reasons. We might get into that in IC.
@Sam: Looks good. I will keep in mind that it might get changed, if you find a partner.

A 25-year-old nerd(?), male, from Germany. In-between jobs. Likes to play games and Pen and Paper (Tabletop RPG) Campaigns. Ohaio, students of Shibusen! It's been a while since the school has opened it's doors. As the Headmaster of the Shibusen, the Shinigami Weapon Meister Vocational School, I am greatly welcoming everyone of you into this humble establishment. Unfortunately, neither Shinigami-sama, nor his successor Death the Kid could join in on this, hence me standing in front of all of you.
Even more troubling, the sole reason that this school was revived from it's hundred year old slumber is the rising news about rampaging Witches and the rumors of new Kishins rising. After the defeat of Kishin Asura and the remainder of the Arachne cult, the world was left at peace. As it seems, this peace was not left alive for too long.
I still hope you all enjoy the celebrations. Eat and drink, let us all enjoy this fiesta!

Welcome fellow RPers.
Shibusen is open up once again, after a hundred years of peace. The war against Kishin Asura was won by the brave students of Shibusen, Black Star, Maka Albarn and Death the Kid, along with their Demon Weapons, Tsubaki, Soul Eater, Liz and Patty Thompson.
Along with the defeat of a Demon God, the remainder of the Witches Council was crushed and scattered across the skies. With the death of the Gorgon Sisters, peace was established and founded. The generation of Shibusen students spend five years in Shinigami's watchful eye, before the hunt for witch souls was practically impossible, breaking the tradition of creating a Death Scythe, the weapons of Shinigami.
And the days passed...
The recent three years, beginning with the night of Walpurgis, witches have returned in great number and chaos spread once more. Humans with the capability of becoming another Demon God, attacked villages and cities alike. Even with the newest technology, nothing could best the spreading lethality more than a Demon Weapon. Even with the bloodline of Demon Weapons continuing, an untrained person could barely fight.
This rose the need of Shibusen...

Last, but not least, some rules I'd like to cover.
1. If problems arise throughout the IC, please remain polite and address such problems in the OOC. Should people not come to terms, it will the GM (me) or Co-GMs to decide what will happen.
2. Joining this RP, you accept that you will not leave without telling the people in OOC and that you follow the unwritten(?) guidelines to Casual RPing, which are one paragraph at least, no double-post unless it is necessary and discussed, no "auto-hitting", no "God-modding" and a clean environment inside the OOC. Your character may use foul language as he pleases, but the OOC is to talk about problems and plan with others ahead.
3. Though your English cannot be the most perfect, please make sure that your sentences are understandable and cleanly written out. Some mistakes can occur, but leaving a cluster of words as a sentence is both poor and leaves others confused.
4. Sexual content should not be addressed inside a group RP. If it is necessary for you, then please PM-RP that person.

A Thousand Needles
The blade turns into a very large needle. Hitting the target triggers the attack, letting the soul of the target stab against the other soul repeatedly, dimming the resonance of it and dislocating the soul from others. Meisters cannot operate their Demon Weapons, while Witches loose their magic for a short while.

Posted... Trying to stirr up some commotion on the werewolf side... Sounds way too dramatic to think about a room full of brutal beasts wondering where ONE might have ended up...
With the elders amongst the demons talking their usual "adult talk", Madeline giggled in a girly fashion and walked over to a divan, smoothly getting rid of her high heels before lying on the furniture. She liked listening on the ranting of the people. It thrilled her. Her heart was pumping heavy with curiosity and the thirst for something more. The Demon was not usually feeling this vivid. "Ah, so much drama. Let us fantasize about dancing in a burning sky and drinking the blood of virgins... Huhm... I would enjoy the scent of 'l'eau de vierge'."
She clapped her hands and licked her lips. It was some time since she had taken a bite. Her eyes wandered over to a table with finest meals and delights for every demonic being. Stretching herself and purring like a cat, Madeline slowly slithered from the divan and got into an upright stance. With quiet, almost ghostly steps, she approached the table and let her gaze be satiated by the mass of food in front of her.
"Even Kings and Queens cannot dine like this. What a delight", she purred, as she prepared a plate with the best pieces of them all. Walking over to Mephistos with the garnished plate, she leaned against his seat once more, the plate gently resting in the man's sight. "There is enough time to discuss about our very prosperous living, my dear. Shall we take a bite before this whole turns a little ugly?"
Fenris watched the group of werewolves with interest. They all live amongst the humans with such a secrecy that it reminded Fenris about the old saying; a wolf in sheep's clothing. More delightful, he enjoyed the fact that they all acted like humans. They were all concerned about political problems. Nature was not concerned about the weak. Even the strongest beasts cannot carry the dead weight of the predecessors.
It amused Greyback even more when the main concern was the missing of the dominant person of this council. Missing Felix. After hearing a lot of nonsense about waiting and what could have happened to him, Fenris rose from his seat. "Will we keep wondering why a man is not present at a political issue or do we fix it?", he growled, his eyes wandering around the people that were present.
"Many of us should be concerned about what is going to be discussed amongst the council." The man growled in the moment of addressing the turmoil some of the younger members were giving him. The word 'beast' was probably the sharpest echo. It felt ironic to the man. "If I remember correctly, this council was made to address the problems between the beings of the night and the humans. Since we received a lot of aggression from the Church, we should stop wondering where our most dominant wolf is."

Hello fellow RPers.
This time, I'd like to get a Soul Eater RP rolling. I mostly thought of making a Sandbox RP, where the people would go on assignments resolving various cases of pre-Kishin people and unusual witch sightings. If the RP is going along smoothly, I'll add a more meaningful plot to it.
So if interest is present, fear not to enlist into Shibusen.
If it's possible, I'd like to have people that could post frequently. It does not have to be on a daily basis, but I want the RP to keep flowing. If we have a great sum of players, this should be no problem at all :)
