Appearance: Issac is a decently tall mixed race man with short black hair and blue eyes. he has a very lanky build with a button nose.

Personality:Cocky, confident, and callous are just a few ways people have referred to Issac. Ruthless, fearless, and hardened are the others. He's comfortable with what he's done, and doesn't see any reason to set himself on a different path. Being part of the gang is better than being out of it, and he certainly doesn't plan to do anything else. Does he commit crime? Yes. It's a way of life in North Minks and no one feels any shame in that. No one worth a damn anyways. He's more than content to share the details of his exploits, almost daring someone to try something with him. Where he's from, pulling off half the stuff he has is bragging rights - everything else is icing on the cake.

Magical Focus:Pocket dimension magic, pretty self explanatory it allows him to have a barren region of the void that he can freely use to store weapons and teleport parts of his body to so he can go intangible.

History: Issac was born to a single mother in the Royce D Smith housing projects in North Minks. His father was a gang member for the big baller street gang and was very deep in the streets. He would end up getting shot and killed when Issac was still in his mom's belly. He grew up very poor and had to adapt to his environment from a very young age, he was always getting in trouble at school even though he was a pretty smart kid. He hopped off the porch at 11 years old and became a big baller just like his father was. Right away he would catch his first body at 14 when he caught a high ranking member of the 52nd street latin kings lacking after he had robbed Issac in dice game. This would start a major war between Big baller gang(BB) and the latin kings.

Issac was walking to the store by himself when a van hopped out and two people hopped out and started dumping shots. Issac was caught off guard and was hit several times, in was then when the bullets seemed to just be phasing through him. When the men drive off, a still badly inured Issac limped all the way to hospital when it was discovered he was a metahuman. it was around this time that the cops started to close in on him for several of the shootings he had been involved in, and it seemed like Issac was screwed. However the AMEM stepped in and offered to let drop the charges if he were to become a student. Isaac took the offer but still occasionally does drills for his gang.

Charles is a pretty normal guy but he hates being being in a center attention. He likes to laugh and joke around with people, and sometimes can get into some pretty ridiculous antics. He will sometime consider the philosophical implications of his existence and likes to write frequently in his journal. He likes to help other people but only when he isn't forced to.

Charles doesn't really have any grand plans or stand up for anything. He doesn't feel strongly about most things one way or another. He is notoriously hard to faze because his response to most things is to just shrug and state"That's crazy." This comes with downsides of course, he is very likely to freeze in tense situations when his usual shrug and laugh doesn't work. And things that are concerning to most people, slip right under him because he minds him own business to an extreme degree.

Charles is an average looking male, with blue eyes, brown hair and a button nose. He stands at 6'2 and has a very lanky and gaunt build. As a matter of fact, people often assume he's sick because of how skinny he is. He usually wears a tunic and shorts but will switch to pants if the weather doesn't permit shorts. He has a surprising amount of muscle for someone as skinny as him, and a major scar around on his right cheek,

Charles in fluent in Perrench, Avincian and Cirrimandian from his tutors and from his father's travels. He also knows a tiny bit of Eskandish and is passable in Holmania.

T H E G I F T

Most of his magic is made to support his most prized possession, his hunting rifle. He specializes in kinetic and magentic help his aim and the speed of his attacks. He likes to dabble a fair bit of electricity because lightning coming out of a rifle is a pretty fricking cool. He has extensive training in magentic and kinetic, but has received some training in thermal and binding.

B A C K G R O U N D

Charles was born to nobles on the Perrench port city of Chararac, his mother was a commoner and his father was a respected advisor to the king. As a child he would prove to alter between periods of extreme rowdiness and periods of extreme quietness. He would balance out to what he is today over the course of his childhood and develop a particular fascination of reading. His father would frequently travel, and would bring him books from the place he traveled to. One of the particular books his father bought for him was a treatise on marksmanship from Holmonia. This would kickstart his fascination with the rifle and he would beg his father for several month to be taken on his hunting trips.

When he was 12, his father would allow him to go hunting with him. His great aim and endurance alerted his father, and he would soon ban Charles from going hunting with him. This wouldn't stop Charles though as he would later sneak out and hunt with his father's rifle. By age 14, his father had realized it was better for Charles to be supervised when he had his rifle instead of being alone in the dark unsupervised. His father would hire several hunters from Holmonia to tutor and expand his marksmanship as well as the gift. Speaking of the gift, when his RAS score was discovered, his father made him tutor more in magic than hunting which wasn't the best arrangement in Charles eyes. Now, he has been sent off to the most prestigious academy in the world in hope of better honing his gift.

M O T I V A T I O N

He just wants to live a normal life and be remembered fondly by those he has interacted with. He wants to leave people alone and wants other to do the same for him, he doesn't have convictions but an overarching philosophy of going with the flow. That doesn't mean he's some apathetic nobody however, if he sees something wrong happening he will address it. He fears being some pretentious noble, he likes to think himself as being in-tune with the common man.
