I'd like to join, if that's okay
Nillian sprung from her cover and landed amidst a group of three guards. A pistol to three different heads dropped them in a beautiful display of gunkata, with a head shot and a heart shot for each. She then switched to her UMP-L and readied for the next wave. (Use: Bullet Dance. Feedback says 3 dead. Bullet Dance is down for the mission.
x person shoots, hits, kills.
The door was still locked. She cursed under her breath and flew back up to the roof, watching the fighting progress. It was a little difficult to tell what was going on due to the chaos of battle. She sighed and took her hold-out pistol. She had a feeling someone fighting the guard could get the damn door open. Then she could maybe eat something warm. She shoots her weapon [Natural roll 15+3=18], hitting one of the frezer-burned targets. The poor man fell, probably in agony. [1d6 for 4, guard previously wounded. Dead.] She hid behind some cover before anyone could see where the bullet came from.
Nillian sometimes... has the good-person itch. She'd been listening in on the dragon-thing when the sirens went off and, with the spotlights fixated on him and another. Feeling a small amount of personal responsibility, she belted out, "Flash out!" and tossed it right above the dragon's head. All going well, they wouldn't look up. She vaulted the roof and pressed her back to the ground-level wall, stealthing while checking the door.
Nillian did another pass over the distribution center. As best she could figure, this place was a warehouse for a handful of wealthy denizens. The kind of folk that donate once a year and never think about you again. That made what she was planning so much sweeter. This altitude made it very hard to see, but a few bounces could give her a lot of... good news. She hoped. It sounded like someone else was intruding too, and that meant an entrance if she played her cards right. She dove quickly and hid on a rooftop. From this distance, she could see the... man? To be truthful, she'd never seen anything quite like him- Some sort of dragon came to mind, but she wasn't exactly well-versed in the races of the galaxy. It didn't really matter. He did seem to be a bit too... comfortable to be hacking the door. That said, she could wait. Pulling out he pistol, she kept watch for threats other threats while staying out of sight of the drake-man-person.

She took a moment to collect her thoughts and prioritize:
1) Money. Money buys food, ammo, and maybe a new shield generator... if the cats here were fat enough.
2) New tech. She would nab anything she could get her hands on, as long as that thing didn't involve dying to get.
3) Information. You can sell it for money.
4) Anything else of use, that she could fly away with. Nothing too heavy, she didn't have much else for escape options.

Abilities:

Screech (Mission) Major
Unleashes an unearthly death screech that interrupts concentration-based activities, overloads audio sensors, and can shatter glass. This is not her echolocation screech.

Echolocation: (Passive)
Bounces frequencies humans can’t hear to see. While she does have a decreased visual range (15 to a human 30) she takes only half the penalty from flash-bang type effects and no penalty in darkness when perceiving with echolocation.

Rouge-like (Encounter) Minor
From time to time, she has been know to tease out information from sealed lips. Upon botching a charisma check, she can pop this to force a diplomacy with a +5 boost. That boost is decreased to +2 if that person would normally have no interest in Nillian, unless having been subjected to this treatment in the past.

Move-and-Shoot (Passive)
Something you should never do in counter-strike, but based on her lower visual field. Nillian can move while shooting, with no penalties to hit. This frees up her movement to get away.

Vesper Flashbang (Encounter) Minor
A good, old-fashioned breach-and clear, modified to focus on blinding. It produces a very bright flash, followed by a breif high-frequency blip that most creatures find disorienting. This will operate on a maximum 4x4 square, and will not penetrate walls or doorways. Creatures in the 5x5 range will only experience half the effect. Compatible with move-and-Shoot.

Bullet Dance (Mission) Major
Select a three-square radius. (1d4) enemies get hit for (1d10 + Dex mod) kinetic damage. This attack does not provoke attacks of opportunity:
As a secondary effect, should all targets die, any remaining enemies who saw must make a Will saving throw. If they fail, they are feared (Pushed to the end of the Initiative lineup and lose a turn)

Appearance:
Skin: Taned
Face: Terran, besides
Ears: Bat
Teeth: Canines noticeably extended. Used mostly for eating fruit.
Hair: Grows a natural purple shine, but generally described as black.\
Build: Curvy
C-sized chest
Hour-glass proportions
Broad bat wings connected at the shoulder, proportional to her body. They are black, and furry.
Clothing Style:
Layer 1: “Second Skin” thermal suit: A tight-fitting, black bodysuit designed to maintain a wearer’s body temperature. This is necessary due to occasional high-altitude flight, and nocturnal activities. The suit it’s self was designed to be worn under clothing, and features a high neckline, as well as an easy-to-reach back zipper.
Layer two: A plain t-shirt, decided upon by situation. In a more casual setting, it may be some decaled thing she picked up and liked. In a more serious setting, it would be all-black and unrestrictive. She couples this with sweatpants, cargo pants, or black, pocketed leather pants in combat. These pants are meant to carry light objects, and have a belt loop. She wears a belt with extra magazine shots, and a semi-automatic pistol.
Layer three: A preferably zippable, light black jacket.
*All clothes were modified for her, and allow her wings through.

Weapons:
The Shoot-N-Skoot
Designed to look like a stylized UMP, this weapon is actually a clip-based automatic sub-machine laser gun. This weapon shoots 30 shots a clip.

A semi-automatic pistol that shoots ballistic rounds.
Alright
I think I made something 'acceptable'.

Cameron wears an aviation helmet (without the oxygen mask in situations that it would be useless) most times for multiple reasons. For one, it was a gift from a very good friend, and uncle. For another, it’s functions and AI feature makes it very useful even outside of a flight situation. The helmet has a purple visor. The visor is transparent, and retracts up into the helmet for situations requiring full, undivided attention, or the ladies. Due to his attachment to this helmet, he is never more than arms reach from it when it is off. Should he lose it, he would probably make a bad joke about losing his head. His clothing includes standard every-day wear, a flight suit, and a reinforced flightsuit, with his nickname EASY on it. He occasionally complains about it’s weight when it’s on.

Abilities

Combat Training: (Passive) Due to time in combat, as well as time training for it, Cameron has learned maneuverings to minimize damage. And avoid getting killed.
+3 to piloting rolls to avoid getting shot down

Helmet AI: (Passive) My uncle gave me this helmet with a basic AI installed. It crunches numbers and data for me, and helps operate the ship, even if I leave the bridge. It’s text communications suggest that it prefers the name Vyx, and generally choses feminine colors. Undoubtedly a joke from the past.
The AI in his helmet allows him to pilot automated craft from anywhere in the ship, as well as use automated systems. It also helps with math and data calculations. Communication with this AI is limited to those accessing a terminal in a ship with Vyx in it, or wearing the helmet. Vyx does have a failsafe, which causes its deletion, and a chemical reaction in the database the melts down the helmet’s software and hard drive.

Small-Arms Proficiency: (Passive) “Hey, you hit the target that time.” Gwen, former weapons instructor.
+2 to hit rolls with smaller, light weapons. (Yes Hypno, that includes small OLD weapons.)

Hair-Trigger Instinct: (Passive) Time doesn’t slow down. But I definitely speed up. And freak out.
+2 to perception and piloting when in stress or combat situations

Fuck it: (Enc) Sometimes, you just gotta get in there and do it. ~ Cameron
+5 to a roll that had no pre-planning. Must be declared by the utterance of “Fuck it”

Vehicle Database: (Mission) Advanced software in his helmet allows for a scanner inside his helmet. The silent AI in his helmet crosses data from the scanner with vehicles in his database. If his database lacks the vehicle, a new entry is made pending more information, with the information from the scanner available. Due to it’s focus requirement, and energy drain, it is not advised to use often.
1 turn or 3 mins - Vehicle is scanned, with information unlocked
3 turns or 15 mins - Cameron has had enough time to study and pilot the craft at a basic level, with a small penalty (-2)
10 turns or 45 minutes - Between the AI and Cameron, they have managed to figure a way to pilot the craft with skill. (No penalty)
20 turns or 1.5 hours - Cameron has control over the ship, unlocking its scanner, weapons, and security features for use and personalization

Survivalist: (Mission - Reaction) That bastard gets lucky. Sometimes… a little too lucky.
In a situation that would mean his death, roll a 4-sided die
Dead
Unconscious
Crippled
Fine
