"Roger that!"

Ele said, grabbing the things and following Tyler back out to the van. It was interesting to see the process that went into building a car, particularly a high performance one. It made her appreciate the work Tyler had put into his other cars, and once they had everything loaded Ele touched Tyler's arm to get his attention.

"I just want you to know, all of this hard work that you put in for what you love, I think it's amazing. I think you're amazing."

She said, blushing pink and pressing her hands to her cheeks. The words had come out so easily, but Ele knew that she meant them.

Nodding enthusiastically Ele smiled, imagining how they would look in the new paint,

"I like them!"

"Hmm?"

Ele sat up and poked her head out of the tire. Struggling out of her little hidey hole, Ele brushed brushed herself off and joined Tyler,

"Yeah babe?"

She asked, looking at the time,

"Its very shiny."

Nodding, Ele got out of the van and they went inside the auto parts store. At some point, while Tyler was looking at car parts, Ele wandered off and some how ended up in the tire section. Indeed some of them were massive and Ele managed to climb into one of the largest, lounging comfortably in the hollowed curve just scrolling through her social media.

"And you wanna touch mine!"

Ele called from the bathroom where she was washing her hands. Once cleaned up she,jogged out to the van and got in next to Tyler.

Smirking, Ele made grabbing motions with her hands,

"Or at least touch it."

Sticking her tongue out at Tyler, Ele skipped past him to go into the house, her red ponytail swinging behind her.

"Pizza sounds amazing! And anything with caffeine, I need that too."

Ele said, then looked at her hands. They were covered in black from the battery and she held them up for Tyler to see,

"A couple of these marks planted right on your back pockets would be the funniest!"

She teased, stepping towards Tyler threateningly.

"Can we get food too?"

Ele asked, they had been working for a while and hadn't eaten since before leaving. It was close to dinner time and Ele's stomach was grumbling.

Nodding, Ele leaned against the side of the Miata and tried to catch her breath,

"I can kind of see how you like doing this. It's rewarding, isn't it? All this hard work and then getting a really nice car out of it."

hurrying to the back of the car, Ele put her hands on the trunk and started pushing as well, and the two of them were able to get the Miata over to the garage more quickly.
