Surprised by Tyler's sudden cuddles, Ele smiled and nuzzled her face into his neck,

"Oh but I'm loving these cuddles so much!"

She said, closing her eyes and wrapping herself around Tyler like a koala,

"Plus, we have to stop at the suite first for my clothes."

"You foiled my plan!"

She said, dropping to her feet and pouting. When she realized she was still within arms reach of Tyler, Ele quickly bolted behind the car again but resumed her pouting position.

Rolling away from Tyler, Ele jumped up and ran to hide behind the car, laughing and holding on to the car for support as she tried to not fall down again,

"Babe!"

She gasped, eventually gaining control of herself. Bolting out from behind the car, Ele ran at Tyler and jumped onto him, planting her dust covered hands all over where she could touch,

"Revenge!"

Ele grinned and put her dust covered hands over her face and put two handprints on her cheeks,

"Oh did I? Where?"

Sticking her tongue out at Tyler, Ele dissolved into a giggle fit again.

"I know you are, you weirdo!"

Ele howled, holding her stomach and falling back onto the floor,

"It hurts! You're too much!"

Tyler's expression made Ele laugh so hard tears started to fall from her eyes and she couldn't stand upright. Dropping the hose, Ele clutched at her stomach, falling back on her butt.

"You... You... Looked so funny!"

Gasping for breath in between bursts of laughter, Ele wiped her eyes, only succeeding in wiping paint dust on her face.

"You're ridiculous!"

Ele giggled, trying to ward off the air blasts with her hands. Wrestling the hose from Tyler, Ele aimed it at him full blast,

"But I'm all in!"

Yelping at the cold blast of air, Ele spun away from Tyler in shock before turning back to him with a look of surprise,

"We were having a serious conversation!"

She laughed and pushing her mussed hair away from her face, Ele shook her head, and put her hands on her hips, raising an eyebrow at Tyler,

"So you'll eventually tell people we're kind of dating, and you WOULD want me to come and stay..."

Taking a few steps closer to Tyler, Ele took the hose from him and set it down, her eyes meeting his for the first time. Putting her hands on his bare chest, Ele pressed herself against him, and looked up into his face,

"Why don't you tell me what you really mean, Tyler Richardson, because double talk and maybes don't fly with me. I'm all in if you are."

Biting her lip, Ele kept her hands in her pockets as she listened to Tyler recount why he didn't want to label their relationship. It broke her heart that someone would hurt this kind, wonderful man and as she looked down at the ground Ele considered the feelings between the two of them,

"I get that,"

She said, making a small mound of dust with the toe of her shoe,

"I guess I just don't want to be this unnamed woman in your life. It makes me feel like this isn't real."

Her voice was low and she kept her eyes on the dust, avoiding looking at Tyler. She knew if she did she would get distracted by his amazing body,

"I want whatever we have to be real so I have a reason to come back... And stay."

Finished with the tires, which now had a nice sheen of paint to them, Ele left them hanging and unhooked the gun. Her mind was still turning over Tyler's words, and even though she was trying to tell herself that everything was okay, her deeply ingrained flight response was kicking in. Get out now or be hurt later.

Sighing, she put the supplies away and put her hands in her pockets before going to find Tyler,

"The tires are done."

She said blandly.
