Ele sent back, then got up and took her letter to her boss. As predicted, the man had a tantrum, but Ele simply walked out of the office. Tyler wasn't there, but his influence had strengthened her.

Ele held up her phone and sent a picture of her resignation email,

Reading Tyler's message, Ele's face broke out into a big smile and she held the phone up for Kate to see. The blonde read the message then laughed,

"I like him! Tell him I'd be happy to come for a couple days!"

Texting Tyler back as the doors opened to their floor, Ele and Kate walked out as Ele typed,

She says yes! Maybe we put her in the suite to use up the rest of the reservation there?

At her desk, Ele set her things down, then booted up her computer. She would send her resignation via email first, and then deliver it in person to her boss.

As they walked through the lobby, Ele's phone vibrated in her purse. Checking it and smiling, Ele typed back,

Meh, it would have been better with you in the bed too.

Sending that, Ele looked at Kate who was watching her.

"What?"

"I haven't seen that look on your face before,"

The tall, curvy blonde said, smiling proudly at her friend,

"You're really in love with this guy, aren't you?"

Ele blushed and smiled, pushing a lock of hair behind her ear as they got on the elevator,

"Yeah... I really am."

The next morning Ele woke early and went through her old routine of showering, doing her hair, getting dressed in her business clothes, and checking her emails as she walked out the door with her purse over her arm. Back in her old mindset, Ele picked up breakfast from her favorite bakery on her way to work and texted Tyler,

Meeting Kate outside of their coffee shop, the two got their morning drinks and continued to their big, silver, shiny work building. The doors were still locked to the public so the women scanned their ID badges and the security doors opened for them.

Ele sent, smiling at Tyler's use of her last name. Rolling over, Ele plugged her phone in and was about to turn off her side table light when she remembered she was alone. Hesitating for a moment, she remembered Tyler's words and clicked off the light.

Smirking, Ele sent another selfie before sending another text,

I should get to sleep too, since I actually have to be at work in the morning for the next couple of days. You've changed me, Richardson, I'm dreaming of the domestic life!

Getting the picture, Ele squealed and kicked her legs happily.
