"Good, now go and I will see you tonight." Eden said with a smile and nod, uncrossing her legs and standing up.
"Take your time though, I know family means a lot."
:That's fine," Eden said, sitting on the bed and crossing her legs.
"Tomorrow you and I will begin your education. Just so you know," She leaned forward, her tone serious,
"After tomorrow you will have limited contact with your family... Some teachers will forbid their students from seeing their parents until the training is complete."
Aria hugged Benjamin tightly and laughed as he twirled her around. She was so happy right now. They could go anywhere, do whatever they wanted.

They stayed there for a while longer before the marine air began to cool down and the other couples began to go back. Aria didn't want the night to end but the festival was coming to a close and Aria still had to prepare a bag for the morning as well as tell her parents that she would be leaving.
Eden shook her head, that would never do,
"As your mentor, I will provide for you and I will give you enough to send to your family to make up for you not being there." She went back down into their home and stopped at a locked chest in the corner. Eden knelt down and pressed her lips against the lock which popped open. Reaching inside, Eden pulled out a small bag of coins.
"This will cover what you need in town, whatever is left you can give to your brother and mother." She stood and handed Aban the bag then started pulling thick blankets from underneath her bed,
"You can use these to stay comfortable. If you need anything just ask."

"
"Well, it is still early in the day..." Eden leaned against the rough trunk of the tree, crossing her arms across her chest,
"We should probably make sure you have things you will need to be living here. And we will have to discuss the sleeping situation."
Aria shook her head then rested her forehead against Ben's chest, the top of her head fitting under his chin,
"I know you haven't been here long, but I can't stand to wait too long. I know people will talk about me, but that is something I have dealt with all my life." She grinned up at Ben,
"Obviously I don't look Italian. My blonde hair has been a talking point for a long time." Sighing, Aria bit her lip,
"Let's leave tomorrow. Mama will not be happy, but Papa will understand. I don't have many friends and they're all involved with other things."
Eden followed Aban up the ;staircase up into the canopy of the tree. At the very top it opened up into the leafy crown of Warm Heart and the two humans were looking out over the forest. Coming closer to Aban, Eden pointed to a spiral of smoke reaching to the sky,
"There is the village," She said, then pointing another direction to the mountains,
"There are the Blue Kings. That is what witches call them, they guard the valley in our folklore." She explained before smiling at Aban,
"I come up here a lot to think and watch the sunset. You're welcome to come here whenever you want."
"Good," She said, turning back to the clearing and pointing to the oak tree.
"That is my home, it is called Warm Heart. She is very, very old and very wise." Taking Aban's hand, Eden lead him to the foot of the tree where a hollow lead to the heart of the tree. The oak bent and swayed in the breeze, but the power emanated from its branches and Eden smiled,
"Hello dear. This is Aban," She said, speaking to the tree,
"He will live here now." With that, Eden walked into the tree. Inside was a hearth, a wide bed in the corner, various pillows, books, vials, jars, and other things on shelves around the inside of the tree, creating a warm and lived in environment. A winding staircase of branches lead up in a spiral to the top of the tree where sunlight poured in, lighting up the tree.
"Welcome to your new home." Eden said, letting go of Aban's hand and gesturing to their surroundings.
Aria gave a soft smile and hugged Ben tightly. His words were a comfort to her, and she knew deep down that he would never do anything to hurt her.
"I am ready to leave with you, Benjamin." She said, her cheek resting on his shoulder,
"Your words are making me strong, and I know we will be okay." She smiled up at him, then kissed him softly.
"Well, as you can see I am not a demon... the mare form is a form I prefer when I am alone in the woods. There have been many men who have hunted me, and horses are much faster than humans," Eden laughed, throwing her head back as the pair came out into a clearing with a massive oak tree at one end. Eden paused at the edge of the clearing and turned to Aban,
"Now, let's get one thing clear. If you betray me by stealing away in the night and bringing hunters down on me, I will do very bad things," She said, her eyes narrowing into a hard glare in her tanned skin,
"I will do very bad things to people you love, and I will leave you in a drooling mess, but your memories completely intact so you will always remember how you wronged me."
