Name/Rank: Lieutenant Savant Igam Bregger
Age: 38
Gender: Male
Organization: Adeptus Astra Telepathica
Appearance:
History: Igam was born on a feudal world, not unlike Sisk. He was picked up at 16 when the regular reaping of soldiers for the imperial guard came about, and he was noticed by a sanctioned psyker. He was put under military custody until a Black Ship could come to the planet. He was found a suitable candidate for a sanctioned psyker, and was trained. He served as neonate and aspirant, and quickly distinguished him as both powerful, and stable. Igam served in a psyker battle squad under a primaris psyker in the Imperial Guard until he was 30. He was promoted when the entirety of his squad succumbed to the perils of the warp save him, which garnered him the notice of the Inquisition. He was scooped up, and changed hands several times over the years before finding himself on the Kestrel of Luggnum
Personality: Like all psykers, Igam has trouble connecting with the common man. He has an extreme deference to authority, but otherwise, will try to distance himself from others. He has trouble speaking openly around others. Crowds of people, especially non-military, can cause him to panic slightly. When he speaks, he tries to make it as brief as possible, hoping to minimize any social contact by using one or two word answers. While understandably withdrawn, he has a hobby of playing regicide with any who can stand his company for long enough to play.
Equipment/Wargear: -Flak armor
-Several inhibitors implanted in his skull
-Force staff
-Las-pistol
-Robes
-Several holy artifacts to ensure piety and safety from the warp.
Skills/Abilities: Is a psyker, focuses mainly on telekinetic attacks. Throwing people, crushing foes, lifting heavy objects etc.

Ave Imperator. Morituri te salutant.
(Also, starship troopers isn't wh40k)
No. I kinda wanted to make a villain. Maybe some sort of anti hero, but the point is, he's not a good person. At all.
Name: Michael Grant
Alias: Phobos
Appearance: Michael is lanky. He is clearly unhealthy, and has the look of someone who hasn't slept in nearly a decade. His hair is dark and unkempt. Michael's face is pinched and angular, and his features are sharp. His eyes are yellow and sunken back, with large dark circles around them. He normally wears dark, ratty clothing. His regular out fit is a dark hoodie and jeans, with the hood worn up. He is constantly twitching with movement. His voice is thin and strained.
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 150 lb
Personality: Paranoid, Fearful, Hateful, and pretty damn broken. Might have been redeemable, but it's too late.
Biography: Michael Grant was born to a pair of middle class nobodies, and had a fairly normal childhood for the first four years of his life, until his father got involved in a cult, as time went on, Michael was forced into the lifestyle alongside his mother. Though he didn't understand what was happening, he went along with his father's orders. When Michael was ten years old, it was decided he would be sacrificed in the hope of gaining favor from the power they worshiped. At the night of the sacrifice, moments before his death, Michael was instead infused with a horrifying power. All those present were instantly driven insane, leaving Michael without parents. The experience haunted him throughout his childhood, and he went through a series of foster homes. Through them all, he experienced horrible nightmares that drove him to the edge of sanity.

Once Michael reached adulthood, he was booted from the system, and left to fend for himself. He didn't fare well alone, and after suffering a breakdown and maiming a stranger, he was placed in Arkham Asylum. It was there that first made use of his power, to fight off a group of fellow inmates who had been harassing him. Some panicked and fled, others curled up and cried. At first Michael didn't understand, until he took a closer look. Phantom like monsters were surrounding the inmates, torturing them, but it only those who suffered could feel them. That night, Michael suffered no nightmares, for the first time in years, he slept soundly. The next day, he used his powers on more inmates, until his attacks were noticed by the staff, and he was placed in the high security wing. Michael knew what he had to do. He needed to use his powers to ease his suffering, but as he continued to use his powers, they had less and less effect on his nightmares, so he had to use them on more and more people.

He has been in and out of Arkham for several years afterward, never able to fully rid himself of his nightmares. He is now searching for a way to remove his powers, only for the relief of his nightmares.
Abilities: Michael makes people see terrible nightmares. Whatever someone fears most will come to life before their eyes, and attack them. Depending on the willpower of whose affected, the effects wear off in different amounts of time. For those with superhuman will, such as Batman, they would only last for a mere thirty seconds, but for the common man, it could go on for hours after Phobos has left. When Michael starts using his powers, anyone affected sees him as a fifteen foot tall creature, with rending talons, and horribly elongated limbs. His eyes glow hellish red, and his mouth fills with razor sharp, white teeth.

Alright, I'll get to work on a CS right away.
Cool! Can I play a villain?
Is it okay if I join?
Is there still room for one more?
Cool beans. I was about to give up. I'll post after argetlam!

Good to have you back lizzy.
Hey, I have a question. Would the training area have access to vehicles? Like, could Illinois sabotage one as part of the evaluation?
Sounds like a good plan to me.
