Mind if I join in? This looks like fun! I also just finished watching Kill la Kill, so seeing all the references and Nonon (One of my favorite characters btw) in this is hilarious and awesome for me. XD
Name:
Spectre 247, but he really likes to go by "Walter"
Age:
Since his assembly in 2525.... so he's roughly ten years old now.
Gender:
Male, but as he was originally built to be an autonomous killing machine, no real physical gender traits other than his sarcastic masculine voice. Not to mention he's based off a male brain.
Appearance:
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Titanfall
Personality:
Witty, sarcastic, has a good sense of humor. Being an AI, he also inherits the natural rational thinking and skepticism that comes with it. Rarely does he simply believe in something without any evidence backing it up. Generally he's a nice guy who doesn't have that much of a problem snapping the necks of random grunts. It's just a a job to him.
Abilities/Weapons:
R-101C Carbine: a fully automatic, compact assault weapon with great damage at multiple ranges
Data Knife: A knife that doubles as both a killing weapon and a hacking tool, it can access a wide variety of computer ports and give the user vital data or control.
Enhanced Movement: Having a robotic combat body, Walter can jump roughly twenty feet in the air with out his thruster manuvere gear. With the thruster pack he usually wears, he can double jump, wall run for much longer distances, and use zip lines in both directions. He can also run faster than the average human.
Enhanced Strength: Once again, having a robotic combat body has its perks. He can lift around 2 tons without to much of a strain, giving him an advantage in in CQC moments.
Robotic Body and AI: Typical physical advantages aside, the "Spectre Leader" combat chassis allows temporary cloaking and a personal shield that can absorb projectile attacks up to a certain point. The chassis itself is very durable and strong, but not indestructible. With the combination of a robotic body and a computer brain, Walter has a much higher reaction speed than a normal human and can be very fast in CQC fighting while simultaneously coming up with various strategies and predictions to defeat his opponent. In other words, he thinks faster and moves faster in comparison to a well trained human. He also learns and adapts.
Backstory:
As the new line of autonomous soldiers known as "Spectres" entered service, there came an apparent problem. Unlike their older cousins known as "Marvins" they were fully independent of remote control, giving them more flexibility in combat, but lacked any real coordination or tactics. To counter this, Hammond Robotics, the original creators of the "Spectres" began to developed specialized versions that carried much more advance AIs. These new artificial brains where not even more advance than their brethren, but also where "elastic" being able to learn and adapt to new situations. Walter was the prototype and the only one deployed, for as they found out, he was a bit too "self aware". At first he was fighting for the IMC or Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation, but soon realized that they were unnecessarily brutal in their tactics and often wasted human life and resources for little actual gain, regardless of the moral questionably of the actions. Thus he defected, stole a small cargo vessel, and in just making his escape.... but he may have lacked the necessary knowledge of Jump Drives to activate them safely...(totally not a leadin to the plot!)
Used for heavier cargo lifting between fleet ships, this heavy cargo dropship has a small, but sizable cargo bay, three built in bunks, and a cockpit. It also possess three twin cannon turrets for defense.
Faction:
Factionless for now.
