An Ideal Naruto RP

I'm interested in this, I have ideas and questions.

1. Limit Uchiha & Senju to 1-3 people per clan, thus adding permanent death.

2. Political intrigue will give the plot flavour, but I suggest going in an alternate history as in, what if Obito never died, etc, etc.

3. Limit bloodlines to 1-2 people, limit Rinnegan to 1, thus adding permanent death.

4. Allow Custom weapons, jutsu, etc.

Questions:

1. My main character is a Shakuton (Scorch Release) character who specializes in Kenjutsu and in Taijutsu, he is deadly to approach close-up, your best bet is Ninjitsu, providing he doesn't melt your leg off, would he be allowed? He has two custom items and I have a list of custom Shakuton techniques.

2. Could I play an antagonist

3. I have three ultra countering jutsu which are to keep people in check; they are Gekirinken,(counter against all physical attacks, there is no counter to this B-A rank) Mental Gekirinken (Counter against all Genjutsu techniques) and Forbidden Gekirinken (Counter against all Ninjutsu) I am ok with NOT having Forbidden Gekirinken, but I respectfully request Mental & Normal Gekirinken.

Romulus didn't expect this, being sent back flying into the air and of course being scorched slightly by the explosion. Using his acrobatic skills he flipped in midair, twirling as to come down in a perfect and quite finnese motion. Romulus threw his cane up into the air, letting it disappear into hammerspace, on his right hand was now a claw for combat. He looked over at the Elder and at Otto, whom he smiled at for a moment. Channeling his Vitae, he would quietly set the foundations of an illusion over the two, though not activated yet, it could be activated at any moment. Due to his old age and unknown method of magic, it was quite improbable that this would be detected, even for an Elder. On top of his old age, his experience and skill with Illusions made it near impossible to detect his illusions.

Romulus held on to his left arm, which was the limb that took the damage from the explosion, besides being sent backwards into the air. The foundations of the illusion were set, now all that remained was to spring it at the right moment; of course in his mind he began setting up the effect of the illusion and what his opponents would see in the illusion meanwhile.

"Tsk tsk tsk....well then.....Jericho, how about you help me?" Romulus says in his Spanish accent.

1. With Vitae, I can make you feel pain again

2. Kinetic Manip will be tough to beat

Autohit or not, "choke-holding" a vampire is silly... as they are already dead, and don't need to breathe. Just saying... #checkyourlore

Actually vampires are neither dead or alive so they're undead, either way there would be pressure on the neck, but thank you for clearing me up.

Again, it can be O.P if you know how to use it. In return, I have my Vitae to sustain me against any abuse of powers, also your Disease Manipulation won't work on either Jericho or Romulus luckily :)

Otto would have felt the kinetic energy being used by the hand thingy and would have turned it into Potential energy... blowing up the whole roof...if you want to do a collaboration and do it like that, it would fun.

It's up to you, if you can resist the choke then sure! But remember, I'm basically using my Spirit to attack you, you would probably catch it as an unknown source. Also we can say that you only had a sudden discomfort in your neck. Again, do whatever you want^
