1. Raphael (The Draco's Gems) Neutral Special Move - Fire Gem Unleash: A burst of fire/explosion around Raphael, close range, good damage and knockback Side Special Move - Fireball: Raphael sends a fireball at the opponent, does decent damage. Up/Recovery Special Move - Fantasy Jetpack: Aims his sword downwards and launches a huge blast of fire to launch him into the air; decent recovery.
2. Ferdinand Vilford (Throwing Daggers) Neutral Special Move - Throwing Daggers: Can be charged up; can charge up to six, quick charging rate. Throws daggers at enemies, not much damage dealt but good for damage racking and exerting pressure. Side Special Move - Blowdart Gun: Sends poisonous darts at an opponent, deals a tiny bit of damage for five seconds (3% damage per second) Up/Recovery Special Move - God's Wings: Grows angel like wings upon his back temporarily for three seconds, can be shot/hit down. Amazing recovery. While in recovery, you can input the Recovery move again and you'll drop, a dagger drawn as you fastly plummet to the ground, if it hits an opponent, does amazing knockback and damage.
3. Joshua (Monsters & Magicks) Neutral Special Move - Elemento: Can be charged up, the longer it's charged up, the bigger and more powerful the sphere of the element is. Element can be chosen by quickly inputting (while charging); up (wind), down (earth), left (fire), right (water). Side Special Move - Light Spear: Joshua summons a spear of Light into his hand and throws it at his opponent, decent knockback and damage, fast throwing rate, slow preparing rate (2 seconds) Up/Recovery Special Move - Gust of Wind: Controls the winds beneath his feet to bring him upwards, does no damage. Good recovery.
4. Hiela (Gensokyo) Neutral Special Move - Ice Techniques: Has two variations; input neutral or down. Neutral variation is a big ice spike, long range, decent speed, decent damage, down variation she spins around rapidly to lower the temperature around her body to freeze anyone within her range. Side Special Move - Titanic's Bane: Hiela summons and "charges" an iceberg which grows bigger over time (up to 3 seconds), she can then throw it (the more time charged, less range but much more damage) deals amazing damage, little to very little range. Up/Recovery Special Move - Fairy Wings: She has wings, she can fly upwards, amazing recovery rate, does not deal damage.
5. Ako Yakami (Gensokyo) Neutral Special Move - Witch's Laser: Can be charged (six seconds total) and then unleashed at the opponent, range is from half the stage to the whole stage itself, laser is as big as her character sprite. Amazing damage and knockback. Side Special Move - Starry Night: Sends out multiple colored stars depending which way she's facing, decent damage, little knockback. Up/Recovery Special Move - Broom Dash: Rockets towards the inputted direction on her broom, good recovery rate, decent damage.
6. Sessat (Duels of Honor) Neutral Special Move - Muay Thai Grab: A special grab, must be in very close range, hard to pull off but if done correctly can't be dodge, grabs the opponent and deals three hits (kneeing) of damage before the third one sends them flying, decent damage, good knockback. Side Special Move Fire Shot: Sends a quick shot of fire at the opponent, terrible knockback, alright damage, good for damage racking. Up/Recovery Special Move - Sky High Tiger Knee: Sends Sessat upwards in a diagonal angle, good damaging and knockback move, terrible recovery. (Imagine Ike's Aether but a bit worse)
7. Draco (Duels of Honor) Neutral Special Move - Winged Barcelona Attack: Backflips into the air and "flies" over towards the opponent, dodging over any incoming projectiles, if done while having little to no contact with opponent, just a claw slash, if done in sprite-to-sprite contact with the opponent, Draco will grab the opponent, grab him/her by the waist and then use the momentum to backflip in the air and send the opponent headfirst before jumping back. Invincibility frames if grab connects, otherwise vulnerable. (This game's Rest, imagine Rest but KO-ing at 40-50%) Side Special Move - Rolling Diamond Flash: Rolls left/right depending on inputted/facing direction. Goes across half the stage, deals damage every roll (4 times) and finishes up with a claw slash at the opponent's chest area. Decent damage, decent knockback. Up/Recovery Special Move - Scarlet Horror: Backflips into the air in an elegant and acrobatic motion, body straight. Does amazing damage, decent recovery.
8. Bloodclaw (The Draco's Gems) Neutral Special Move - Wolf Form: Allows Bloodclaw to turn into his Lycan/Wolf form, increases speed, damage, and knockback, but can be damaged much easier, if taken 30% or more damage, he automatically turns back and can't use his form for ten seconds. Also changes Bloodclaw's Side and Recovery Special Attacks. Can change back and forth at will. (Takes 2 seconds, invincible but vulnerable for a split second afterwards) Side Special Move - Dark Chains: Sends his chains at the opponent covered in a dark aura, medium range, if it hits it leeches a bit of the opponent's life for two seconds. Decent damage, life leech (10%), binding/paralyze, very little knock back. Side Special Move (Lycan Form) - Pounce: Can be charged up, Bloodclaw gets on all fours and bears his teeth before launching himself at the opponent. (Think of Pikachu's Side Special) Up/Recovery Special Move - Chain Grapple: Throws his chains at the edge of the stage to pull himself up, below average recovery, deals decent damage if it hits, a bit of knockback. Up/Recovery Special Move (Lycan Form) - Upward Pounce: Pounces upwards, decent damage, recovery, and knockback.
9. Taranthus (The Draco's Gems) Neutral Special Move - Zhiena's Gift: Taranthus raises both of his swords into the sky and is given a gift from Zhiena of Taranthus' choosing. Speed, Damage, Knockback, and Defense. (Think of Shulk's Monado Arts, though none of the buffs debuffs another 'stat' and lasts for twenty seconds.) Side Special Move - Scorpion Stab: Taranthus sends his tail at a nearby opponent (if in range of course) and stabs him/her dealing decent damage, a bit of knockback, and badly poisoning them for four seconds. (5% damage per second) Up/Recovery Special Move - Demonic Launch: Sends himself upwards into the air in a sort of jump, decent recovery, decent damage and knockback. Good damage and knockback upon landing, small shockwave upon landing.
10. Rei Ibuki (Gensokyo) Neutral Special Move - Homing Tags: Can be charged up to four; are sent homing to the nearest opponent, deal a bit below-average explosion damage, must be blocked, can not be dodged/outran. Side Special Move - Yin-Yang Orb: Summons a huge Yin-Yang orb and sends it at the opponent, bounces around for a while before falling off the stage or disappearing. Decent damage and knockback. Up/Recovery Special Move - Ascension Kick: Rei does a powerful backflip kick to send herself into the air, decent damage, recovery, and knockback.
11. Mei-ling (Duels of Honor) Neutral Special Move - Chi Shot: Sends a "shot" of chi at the opponent, slow, deals good damage, no knockback, immediate flinch if hits. Side Special Move - Thunder Kicking Technique: In a blur of speed, she sends multiple powerful kicks to the opponent before finishing with one powerful kick. Decent damage and damage racking, good knockback. Up/Recovering Special Move - Crane Kick: Sends a vertical kick diagonally upwards, below average recovery, decent damage and knockback.
12. Kaito (Duels of Honor) Neutral Special Move - Focus Energy: Kaito concentrates his Chakras and Chis, when managing to time the incoming circle to the center of his sprite, he will gain a small attack bonus for the rest of the battle. Vulnerable while doing so. (Think of Wii Fit Trainer's Deep Breathing) Side Special Move - Offensive Palm Technique: Kaito sends a powerful palm attack to the opponent. Decent damage, good knockback. Recovery Special Move - Acrobatics: Does an elegant backflip like Draco before doing a small dash forward. Decent recovery, little damage, little knockback.
13. Isaac (Fatal Fighters) Neutral Special Move - Holy Cross: Isaac raises his cross in the air. Deals light damage around Isaac and has a chance to daze/blind nearby enemies. Decent damage, no knockback, immediate flinching. Side Special Move - Devil Piercer: Isaac charges up his and holy energy in his sword, bearing ready to his side before sending a powerful stab at the opponent. Good damage and knockback, can break/pierce shields. (Think of Marth's Shield breaker) Up/Recovery Move - Angel Wings: Isaac uses his angelic wings to fly, like Ferdinand's recovery. While in midair, using the Recovery Special again, he will divebomb with his Silver Sword pointed towards the ground, very fast, tiny range, immense damage and knockback.
14. Hanzo Hattori (Fatal Fighters) Neutral Special Move - Shadow Shuriken: Hanzo sends a big shuriken depending on where he's facing/inputted direction. Deals dark dark damage and goes through the opponent. Decent damage, very little knockback. Side Special Move - Chain Sickle Throw: Hanzo throws his chain sickle at the opponent and catches him with the blade, before bring the opponent towards him and sending a deadly slash at them. Little knockback, immense damage, vulnerable while doing this. Medium range. Up/Recovery Special Move - Ninja Phase: Disappears in a blur of speed and appears where you inputted direction. Good recovery, no damage.
15. Kotaro Fuma (Fatal Fighters) Neutral Special Move - Demon Hand Roll: Launches his demonic hands forwards before rolling around the screen (you can input where you go, like Sonic's specials) for a while. Decent damage both while rolling and sending his hand forward, decent knockback. Very controllable, needs to be charged up for a second only before use. Demonic hands are medium range when sent forward at the beginning of the move. Side Special Move - Fatal Claws: Both claws are sent in a frenzy around Kotaro, deals amazing damage and racks up quite a bit too, little knockback. Recovery/Up Special Move - Rolling Claw Launch, sends his demonic arms out to grapple onto the ledge before sending himself flying into the air. Must grapple on to something. Decent recovery, good damage and okay knockback.
(By the way, look in the Artwork Spoiler and the claws in Kotaro's faceclaim can extend to a long range in-game)

The Solver was awake, he rubbed his heas as he was amazingly untouched. Seeing as the driver was knocked out, and they were upside down, he lookee over at the Traveler.
"Now would be a good to explore, eh?" He said to the Traveler following him out the van. He tucked the brass knuckles back inside his coat pocket. He checked to make sure his handheld console was okay, which it was, otherwise he wasn't going to be very happy.
He explored his surroundings looking around the bazaar in curiosity, where he looked at the shops in curiosity, before spotting the Gadgeteer and the Privateer, he did not walk forward, nor greet them, but kept his vigilant state on, ready for a battle whenever needed.
Update
-A Threat Level Ranking System, it is PSEUDO-COSMETIC and you do NOT need to worry about it. Read below for what rank your characters are and how high the threat levels go.
Lowest to Highest Threat Levels
None: You're Dead.
Very Low: Perhaps a Lame Man?
Low: A child seeking adventure who may be able to provide support.
Normal/Average: The threat level of an army soldier.
Above Average: The threat level of an army soldier who has skill in what he does.
Moderate: The threat level of a powerful Mercenary or a High Level Commander. You are from this point on an individual, not part of a group or crowd. A person, not a people.
Moderately-High: You're quite powerful, you can outbest the whole army in a match of magicks or strength, of course no more than two at a time. You are that of a wandering hero.
High-Low: Things get fun here, you're powerful enough to be considered a very big threat to any agendas or plans of your enemies. Fighting against you will be tough and may need another person to best you.
High: You need to be ganged up on to win for those who aren't on your "caliber" you are deadly in your choice of attack and are a force not to be reckoned with.
Very High: Fighting you is very hard, you're already a master at your choice of attack and do quite well in other methods of attack. You probably should be laying low and your face should be rarely seen. Fame or Infamy is not uncommon.
God Level: You have the power to best a god in battle weather it be a minor god of love, or a duel to the death versus Rednaxla. You can not best Alkaroth, Zhiena or Arkoth though. You earn the right as calling yourself a God Slayer.
Alkaroth/Atilla/Zhiena (The Grand Three) Level: You have the power to kill one of the Grand Three gods and make them disappear from the world for a long time until they can reform themselves. You earn the right as calling yourself a Human God.
Almighty Level: At this point, no one should mess with you, you best the gods in battle and are near impossible to stop. Not even armies of men could stop you. Only one around your Threat Level can stop you. You have earned the right to call yourself the World Emperor.
And my gender shall forever remain a mystery.
Anyway, Vampires, Vitae, Oni, The Underworld and Hell....I'll also be Lore writing apparently and I would love to work on Dragons and Draconics, if it's alright. (Yeah, sorry if I'm insistant, I just love my dragons)
...Yeah, I think we're going to have to agree to disagree about vampire concepts I guess. ^^; Honestly, just... Even with the weaknesses and the stuff you cribbed from WoD, they just seem more like a weird magical race than vampires to me. Sorry.
Meh. Oh well, it seems I was misinformed as well, and I'm trying to honestly remember how Vitae was anti-magical as well, due to the uses.......Vitae is basically a vampire's blood and they never exactly die either, due to Vamparic immortality, a stake will send them into Topor but you'll need to decapacitate them.
Fair enough, just found out that it does nourish them but not a lot. I'm taking the principals of Vitae and editing them to fit my mythology, as to balance out a few things.
The problem is that in your attempt to make them less cliche they kind of... Don't seem to be vampires at all. ^^; I'm not seeing how they're connected to vampire legends, which is making me question why they're "vampires" and not just some original species.
Just a different interpretation, their original weaknesses still apply such as:
-Garlic
-Running/Flowing Water, they can not cross it.
-Holy Crosses (they can loophole this, something I came up with if you're willing to hear it out)
-Baked Beans
-They can't be invited into a household unless invited. (Never understood this)
-Sunlight
-If someone throws seeds in front of them, they are forced to stop what they're doing and count them. (Be careful of the ones who are quick counters)
-Silver Weapons, an exception to death besides decapacitation, a good strike through their body will kill them off, despite not having organs.
-Roasted Soybeans (Also a weakness of Oni)
-Broken holly branches (^)
-Sardine Heads(^)
Also, Vampires don't drink animal blood because it has little nutritious value to them, they need Human blood to keep their Vitae going.
Update
Here's a bit of information about Vitae, though it seems to have been changed around. Now I'm scared I'll get sued if I publish Vitae in one of my books.
http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Vitae_%28VTM%29
Okay, just got back and haven't read over the rest of the thread but kind of want to point out before we really go into more depth about stuff that spelling magic with a k has always kind of grated on me because I find it a little pretentious. ^^;
Anyways, going to read what's been going on I guess.
EDIT:
@DAWNSTAR: Yes, something like that. XD Although I imagine them being a little more sabretoothed, but yeah.
@Voltus_Ventus: Map looks great to me! Hopefully it's okay with everyone if I claim part of that eastern continent for the Ky-Ree.
Re: Vampires: Just going to say that the vitae thing sounds a bit iffy, weird and a little bit nonsensical to me, honestly. It's magic... But it's not magic? And it's somehow better than magic or... Something? Honestly think it'd be better if we just kept things simple and just went with magic rather than... Whatever that's supposed to be. ^^; And they have no organs? Uh... What? Honestly they sound less like any vampires I can think of and more like some original magical race. Might be better if you just made them that rather than claiming they're vampires, in my opinion.
Anyways, going to start work on writing up the Ky-Ree I guess. Might be a bit rough to begin with but we'll see how things turn out.
They're a different interpretation of Vampires that are used for Vampire Roleplay on sites I used to go on, though this type of Vampire Roleplay is more 'advanced and completely restructure Vampires as something less cliche (in terms of popular vampire cliches, such as Twilight's Sparklepires or Dracula) and more darker.
Vampires have no organs, but have a bloodstream for reproduction, summoning, and cosmetic purposes. To kill them you need to take away all their Vitae, decapacitate them, or use one of their weaknesess against them, I'll write up something tomorrow or later today.

Continuing off from Animal Farm, Snowball was banished from the farm when Napoleon took power, he lied and cheated his way to power to achieve dictatorship over the farm. He began to talk with the humans and managed to gain power over them and monopolize the farms across England, until it all grew into one big city; the City of Animals. The City of Animals was ruled solely by Napoleon and the Fat Pigs, all of whom walk on two legs. If you are not a pig then you shall be treated as a lower being. Everyone feared nearing this area, spanning about five miles by area....you could be kidnapped or killed, be it you are animal or human. Though, on a far away farm where Snowball escaped to, he met a sow whom he became one with and bore to a son whom he named Pinoche. Sadly, Snowball's unnamed wife was taken and killed as to make goods out of her meat. Snowball raised Pinoche and told him of the terrible stories of the City of Animals, telling him to never go near the area, Pinoche grew up with dreams to eradicate Napoleon's communistic rule. When he was old enough to take care of himself, Snowball told him to go forth and complete his dreams as to kill Napoleon.
Snowball's dying last words were to go and destroy this center of communism in England and to free everyone once again. Travelling day and night, Pinoche traveled to the City of Animals, eating what he could as to keep his strength. After two weeks of travelling, he finally arrived at the City of Animals. His goal was near, him being a pig, he was immediately noticed by Napoleon and gave him food to feast on, he managed to get on good terms with Napoleon and was appointed as one of his government officials, and even learned how to walk on two legs like 'proper pigs' should do. Pinoche was near his goal, but he wouldn't make things better by immediately killing Napoleon, thus he would have to work under Napoleon's nose and help the population a bit before going in for the kill. Will he succeed?
(Spoiler Alert: He kills Napoleon and establishes a military dictatorship over the farm and begins to restore to order, giving the farms back to their proper owners and all that. He serves a good few years until the Fat Pigs bring up enough lies about him where he is forced to resign from power due to much of the population's ignorance. The City of Animals shows historical similarities to when the Military General, Pinoche, drove out the Communists in Chile and was then badmouthed about. The Fat Pigs represent the communist party, Napoleon represents Stalin, Snowball represents Trotsky, and Pinoche represents Pinoche himself.)
