@Divine Darkness That's the second time I've heard that comparison. Can't say I'm especially familiar with the character.
Even though his origin is more in depth as are his powers, Captain Atom is basically a human turned energy being in a suit. Here's his edited appearances in the Justice League Unlimited cartoon. Towards the beginning you'll see what happens when his suit is breached and towards the end he goes toe-to-toe with Superman.
@Dead Cruiser - glancing at your character's powers he reminds me of Captain Atom.
I'm gonna drop out of this one because it's changing into something other than I thought it might.
