Just remember take away her bear take away her well not psychotic side, this means more fits things moving on their own and yes tons of screaming. So umm to keep sanity levels high might just want to place the bear back into Alice's arms.

Alice looked at the man he seemed to be thinking ' I wonder still wonder why they put me here sure I get into fits but don't all kids do that once in a while both of my brothers would throw tantrums when they don't get what they want and when I throw one every one thinks I'm crazy. ' Alice's arm twitched then a gurgling noise was heard from her room. In a few seconds the bear was at her feet , her stress reliever, her bear the one thing keeping her sanity high. Picking up the bear she cradled it like a baby.
