Hansel looked around out side and shook his head "seems as.if no one is here" he said to Gretel who was placing the soup on the table. " well I knew this offer would only take a few people. But at least we are here and that's all to it" Gretel said sitting down her brother was always on the optimistic side but she herself was too.
" I know Gretel but what do we do when a friend comes over like the neighbor, if we say our names they may recognize us" I think most people here are fairytales probably ones we've never err head of" Gretel replied " looking out the window to see a few people talking out side. No it's the ones in the Adams family I was pointing to not the starry chair and if you need blood from Alice just let her bear prick her finger. Which should work fine since it still has its teeth. She doesn't really mind pain though just like rain.

Backstory:
From a young age Alice always knew days would come when her life would come crashing down, She didn't know it would be so soon.
" Happy birth day" her parents said as she walked down the stairs and into the kitchen " Hows my favorite girl" Her dad said holding up a grin even though he knew she wasn't happy at all. Her birthday the stupid day when every one comes in gives her a useless thing and leaves, stuffing their faces with cake just because of a day.
Grumbling Alice took a muffin and stared to climb up stairs. School she could't go to Too many humans around, and Why don't you like staying home Her parents would always say, Alice hated it she hated going downstairs to study a 60 year old book that her father pulled from the basement before they moved. Of corse they moved into a town were it was all humans or at least mostly humans, that she new of. Alice wanted to be free she wanted to have a place to spread her wings for once not sit in her room looking out the window all day. Her mother being the angle her dad well she didn't know what he was all she knew was he could go out into the world unnoticed. That was how she knew there where others.
Hearing a bell ring in the distance she hadn't heard before. She'd had gotten up earlier than her parents had, before the block had. Opening her window she climbed out tossing a luggage bag into the bushes. Running away on her birthday was her plan.
She had run so far she could only hear a faint sound of cars driving around. Stumbling along she meet someone with wings like hers. She had took her in, gave her new clothes with holes for her wings to fit though for more comfort. She showed her the ways of dark magic and how to control it. When Summer had ended The lady which Alice now knew by Shawn had asked her on thing she never wanted to hear." Don't you need to go to school"
The one Question she couldn't answer, her only schooling was preschool till 12 grade, Before they moved. Shawn hurried Alice out out of the hut and into forest to the school.
-the next year-
She walked out of dorm to see many more than last year. " New students" she shook her head, not what she wanted but Kuros dorm was still there and that's was all that mattered she could be nice, Right.

Alice woke to the smell of breakfast pushing the bear who jumped up startled of her lap. She started eating she changed last night into a red dress with a red bow in her hair and Mary Janes on her feet with white socks. She was ready and really wanted to play out side with fluffy since she hadn't played outside for a few months. Looking around she noticed her friend wasn't their. " where's dorlian, isn't he supposed to be here to or is it just me." She got a look from the guards that made her uncomfortable " ok no one's talking, ok I can deal with that if you guys are just going to be mean."
Hansel and Gretel walked arm in arm down the road chatting. " I wonder why we had to leave"Gretel said in a slight German assent. " you know ve've both lived in worst places then this he said to his sister. " I guess your right , look here is our new home I looks like vathers old one." Gretel said taking the knob walking inside. Her brother fallowing. " How bout you start on something to eat maybe rat tail soup would be nice."
Alice yawned and feel asleep again as the guard carried her and plopped her down into a seat her bear swallowing behind her then jumping into her lap. Using it as a pillow she sat there sleeping.
