How does the magic work in this world and how common is it? Should any PC's have it and what ind of limits are imposed on it? Such as verbal command, or if massive fireballs even happen.
Edit: While I am at work you guys can look at images I have and may use :3. Love hearing suggestions as I have a lot of images to choose from (over 700 saved and narrowing it to these.) Both links are an album with several images, about 22 total.
