“Where is she? Did you get her?!”

“Yes, sir, she fell off the cliff upon being shot.”

Walking to the ledge the man who asked the questions looked over to see the rocks and rapids. No body could be seen, but as he turned his head to look down river he would see a hundred yards down a blue cloth. “Give them to me, you oaf,” he commanded to the larger man beside him who handed over the small pair of binoculars on hand. Looking through the lens and adjusting the focus he identified the cloth of the brown coat the women had been wearing when she started her run for it. It was torn at the side and some blood was seen having dyed the fabric enough to not be washed away by the water. He stared at it for a few more seconds before saying. “Well, at least you got her after your mistake of letting her get so close.” Shoving the binoculars back to the man he turned away and reached to his forehead. Warm crawled across his fingers and he pulled them down to reveal his own blood. "I should have your head for giving her the chance to do this."

A mile and a half down the river Lilith dragged herself ashore. Collapsing onto her back she took in large breaths of air before coughing up a bit of water. “God damn…” she muttered before groaning in pain. Holding her side gently with her hand she felt some blood seep onto it, but that’s when she tore the white blouse she had under her coat open to reveal a tight fitting bullet proof vest as well as three flattened bullets against it. She knew three large welts would soon be formed on her body as the cost of having it tight fitting to hide under most clothes was still feeling quite the impact. A tear was in its side which was due to the rocks which had created the wound she now bore. It wasn’t life threatening though as long as she kept pressure on it she determined. Standing up she shoved her free hand into the pocket of the jeans she had on and pulled out a small flash drive. Lilith sighed once in relief that it hadn’t fallen out she then lifted the hand to her ear and pressed gently, “My cover is blown, but I have the package. Requesting immediate extraction.”

Following the banks of the Coruh River in Turkey she made her way towards a clearing. “Broadcasting coordinates.” She stated before giving her longitude and latitude positioning the watch on her wrist displayed as it also functioned as a locator in case such a situation arose. For the past four months she had been working on taking down an underground terrorist cell that had moved off the radar with the possible threat of a chemical weapon taken during the conflict within the middle east . They were in the planning phases of a terrorist attack within Turkey to provoke Turkey into a war with Syria due to the origin of the chemical weapons when Lilith got involved. Having successfully extracted the information towards the chemical weapons location Turkish officials would have all they need to finish up the job. It was only a matter of minutes when the helicopter arrived and she was carried off.

In the end however, it turns out the chemical weapons weren’t even found. The data was likely tampered with before it had been extracted to look convincing. This left the IMF and Lilith in a tight spot as relations with Syria and Turkey due to events in the operations having been costly.

As Yerbol entered the elevator Lilith would be standing against the back wall with a small book in hand which had a sleeve protecting the cover leaving it unseen. She wore a short but casual black dress with high heels to match. Earlier that day she had gotten the message for the briefing. It had been her first in the last two months due to the time it took for her wound to heal as well as the fact that the committee that oversees the IMF felt that that she was a risk factor due to her mistake before. Luckily, due to Ethan’s recent dealings with the take down of the syndicate, the committee let up on the pressure it had started to come down with giving Lilith a shot to make up her mistakes and take a new mission. She lifted her head only very slightly and her eyes rose to take notice of the man who entered. Lilith examined him for a brief second before taking note that he too was aiming to head to the 20th floor.

@Freedomliveson
I find it funny how you apologized for a Chinese character. It doesn't matter! It's your character lol. Ethnicity doesn't matter to me considering it's world level operations.
I hope that post was up to snuff, took me a bit to do some research to come up with a possible failed mission for her to have to come back from. Also, I assume it was her in the elevator-
Name: Lilith Cowen
Age: 25
Appearance:
Cool, can't wait to see the first post!
Side note, For an image I am stuck between three:

I know it doesn't matter much, so I thought I would just ask since I am able to use either.
The trajectory looks right! For starting Intel on the mission:
They caught wind of talk bout a possible bomb threat to a Hong Kong government building (I'll look up which one here soon). The information was gathered by a CIA agent and funneled to the IMF from there. His source was a recently taken in terrorist cell member the field agent came across and got shot upon saying there may be a bomb during his interrogation. The CIA agent escaped, but his cover was blown then. If you want to detail the terrorist cell he found this out from be my guest :3. Information about where they got the possible bomb is unknown.
Yeah, we can both play Ling when need be. Though often she will be in the shadows and not in the middle of IC -wink-.
I'll get copying

Haha, no worries! Below is the plot I had in mind. Feel free to modify, add, subtract, etc.

Plot:
After Ethan and the newly resurrected IMF take down Lane, the Syndicate's operatives are left to fend for themselves. Some turn themselves in after finding no alternative, others go into hiding, but one specific operative refuses to be stymied by the recent turn of events. Her name is Ling Shi Hua, a planted operative in Hong Kong intelligence that had been tasked by Lane to gather intelligence on specific terrorist cells and orchestrate a war between the cells to de-stabilize Hong Kong, forcing a major point of trade to essentially collapse. She had been in the planning stages when Lane was taken in, but her agenda remains.

The IMF receives information about a possible terrorist group plotting a bombing on the U.S. embassy in Hong Kong, which is where our characters enter the fray. With Ethan and the rest of the crew deployed elsewhere, it's up to two new recruits, the best of the best, to infiltrate Hong Kong and stop the bombing.

From there, we can collaborate and figure out where to go. What do you think?

I think that is a good starting point to work with! Starting with cell destabilization into finding out information or getting a lead from the bomb plant to another lead which brings them to another phase in the operation. As for how the bomb plant will succeed we would need to think of a way she, or her henchmen, plan on getting the bomb inside or around. It doesn't seem like the highest level facility around. Note: Searching thee building quickly it's technically called The Consulate General of the United States. However, it's easier to call it the Embassy.

Absolutely!

Haha, yeah, that doesn't seem very secure. I'm sure we can come up with additional security measures.

Soooo, questions:
-PM or thread?
-Character sheets or no? (I don't usually do them, but sometimes I do just so that my thread partner can at least know what they look like/what his name is)
-Mind if I send you an opening post and then we can go from there?

I can do either PM or thread. But I think thread is handy for OOC and IC availible. PM's can be used for anything 18+ such as torture etc is it comes up say one gets captured or something mature simply comes up. I would post a lite character sheet on the thread just to have an image there as reference because it helps. Mainly the sheet just being name and image less you think up more. Other than that I think it would be good to go and we can talk more about security by instead of bombing the embassy they might bomb the Hong Kong government building. As for upsetting terrorist cells to fight one another I would need to understand how bombing a government building makes them fight. Perhaps the bomb was to have one cell acquire something they wanted which another cell attacks them for as she leaked the information on purpose to them. That way whatever cell end up with the item she is still friends with since she aided both without the other knowing.

Sakura slowly relaxed her stance momentarily to wipe the sweat that had been accumulating at her brow during the spar. During training her aunt never did like to go easy on her, but this was partially due to a request a long time ago. Some would say that is also what helped make Sakura into the fantastic firebender she is today. Sparring though wasn’t just training for them; it was family time. These brief hours of practice were the greatest interactions Sakura usually got to have as her father was busy with politics. Training with her aunt was her favorite time of day due to this as well as escapism from her usually enclosed life. Today was different though. Sakura was going to be able to go out and see around for once. Even if it wasn’t alone, at least unlike before she wasn’t breaking out and getting into trouble. Yet, at the same time an opportunity has presented itself and wasting a few seconds of roaming the city was well worth the chance.

Sakura quickly reset her stance into an attack on her aunt. “Dropped your guard!” she called out to her aunt as they were family, not enemies, and she didn’t intend to have her aunt be completely defenseless to her fire. It was a series of three kicks to send three bolts of fire at her aunt hoping that because she didn’t guard she would be knocked off balance after protecting herself. After which Sakura would run in and perform a leap into the air to flip around her mother and send a sweeping leg kick directly after. If her aunt hit the floor upon being hit by the kick which she didn’t use fire on as to not hurt her aunt, then Sakura would consider herself the victor. Sakura would easily be smiling the entire time due to the enjoyment no matter what the outcome was.

You know what, I'm interested in trying something a bit more than the usual 1x1. I don't have to much 1x1 experience here, but this sounds like fun and I want to put a lot of effort into it. I saw Rogue nation as well and it was quite a lot of fun... and yes Ilsa was amazing.
Yeah, a large portion of the show was dedicated to 'becoming a monster to defeat a monster.' However, it would have been far better done if Eren didn't actually have the ability to turn into a monster, and rather they faced the question of how far are you willing to go to survive with normal people instead.
Could be fun depending on the group and how the plot is made. Not being titan shifters would be better IMO.
