He has burn scars all across his back still to this day from the accident when he was a small child. He thinks it serves as a reminder that he will never be a "normal" person and to control his anger.

Pyrokinesis- The ability to control fire and create it from his hands. He has a good handle on his ability after years of practice but he has not ever been able to find a home since the "accident".
Bio:
Alex has very little memory of his life before the orphanage. And it might be a good thing that he doesn't. He was only a young toddler when the accident happened but it has warned everyone who was ever interested in his file. He was upset about having to go to bed with he set the carpet on fire with out realizing it. The house was set up in flames. Alex and his family managed to get out with little injury (but quite a few scars are on Alex), his family instantly disowned him and left him on the steps of the orphanage. The letter that was on his blanket explained the story with out giving any names except for his first name.

She is half fox and has a great climbing ability and can run quickly on all fours. She has a heightened sense of smell and has one large tail (not three like in picture).
Bio:
When Jazzy arrived, she could not have been more than a few days old. The note with the small basket she was left in said that her parents would not raise a freak. From the look at the note the family was probably well affluent and rich which means they did not want to upset their balance in the upper rich class with a child that looks like she does. They were too set in their ways to want to raise her. When people ask her if she wants to meet her real parents, she just shakes her head and walks away. She does not even want to know where they are or who they are.
