tirgey! Pandy! Cheers all around!

I fell asleep last night afore I could finish my post, but I'll have one up by this evening.
Agreed. That'll give y'all another chance to form longer term relationships (for better or worse), too. I'd vote Iikka or Olivia, since Max probably lives closer to Jason than Mario, but if that doesn't work, Max can be Mario's neighbor. They'd have probably been friends as little-ish kids, then, until Max became all...Max-y.
Just putting a little more thought into this -- it seems Iikka, Jason, and Olivia could function as friends, or at least acquaintances, at least to the point where if they saw each other at the mall, and all decided to leave at once, they'd leave together.

Max would be more than okay going to the mall, or anywhere, on her own, since she could make friends with a coat rack -- but y'all are absolutely right: if she saw people she knew from school, she'd attach herself and only leave when forced.

Maybe Mario is doing some...Scouting thing at the mall, and offers to walk Olivia or Max back home?

And then I could see Jason, Olivia, or Max being the one to suggest the 'short cut' through the construction yard.
^I just laughed so loudly at this, the dog came running.
^I'm on board. Go for it, kid.

That's novels, not novels. Visual novels are computer "games" that are essentially novels with art and music, oftentimes voice acting and branching storylines, and sometimes animation.

Oh. Well. Now I feel like an idiot. Let me go half knit myself a dunce cap.

Hey guys! Wonderful posts and great activity in the good 'ol Pieces of 8 thread here. It does a GM good to see such. On that note however, my esteemed Co-GM and I would like to get a new headcount for the RP. Just want to update the cast and know who we need to wait on or not. Thanks guys and gals!

I'm in! Working on a post now.

You should pick up visual novels. They're basically a midway point between watching a television show and reading a book.

I have an entire shelf full. Well it's a combination of graphic novels, novellas, comics, and...other things, but the point is pictures.

I also have a very short attention span. =| So, almost all of them are begun and dog-eared. But I could still read Batman: Year One every day for the rest of my life and be just fine.

Also, I will have a post up this evening. I need to take the dog out afore it gets any darker. SLC drivers are insane/blind.
It takes very little to entertain me. That said, I hated Halo and will play any game BioWare puts out. Also, Skyrim, though mostly I play to collect herbs...

This. They are not games. There is no gameplay. Its a movie with subpar writing and random button input.

That is precisely why I love them. I'm like a toddler. You could shake keys over my head for an hour and I would be thrilled.

I'm not even going to pretend like I'd taste the difference in coffees at this point. Very dark, lots of caffeine and I'll be happy, if you would please Heroes? Though I'm certainly all about the falling into a bowl of granola too. Yum! The flavor of brown sugar has got to be one of my favorites, so anything containing brown sugar is automatically inviting (and the fact that our Lillian cooked it? Oh, even more so!)I haven't looked yet Hellis, but have you started your art thread again? Just wondering, because you do make some lovely pieces!Oh, and it is fun Andastra, to have just a little tension there? The first time around, Hellis' and tirgesfu's characters (Henry and Max) had this wonderful snipe/hate relationship, and you just knew by the end (had Max not died, had we been able to keep going) there was either going to be bloodshed or bromance. And good grief, Lil and Dot! XD I can almost see Veti in my mind's eye, big eyes wide with surprise, shoulders shrugging and hands upraised helplessly going, "Uh... So no kumbayah I guess?"

Also, I am thrilled to continue this mild Siya/Daisy rivalry.
