Well, there's a lot about me. I guess the really quick and dirty guide is that I'm a 21 year old transgirl college student with a lot of interests, mostly video game and media related. I'm kind of all over the place when it comes to RPing and usually prefer fantasy stuff. Really if you want to get to know me, just have a chat with me! Over some random OOC thread or just PM me to talk, I don't mind.

Assume that every universe ever is connected. From the fictions we create here to anything in media, to anything else you can imagine right now. Keeping them all linked is a formless and empty Void. The void isn't dangerous like some, in fact it's completely safe, so when dimensional transit goes awry or space-time anomalies occur things and people wind up in the Void.
There's no way to get back, but the Void isn't a harmful place to be, so why not continue your life there?
Over countless millennium, the Void possesses it's own society, of dimensional travelers and stranded people alike, everything imaginable exists here, from magic to the most extreme of technology.
The Void is infinite, and there are an infinite number of things in it. Exciting adventures lurk around every corner, or perhaps you just want to socialize with others, or try out new characters, or trial any situation you want. There are no limits, there are no rules.

There are totally rules.
1. No godmoding. Period, you only control your characters, and nothing else. You can make them hilariously overpowered, should you wish, but don't just use this as an excuse to beat up other characters or otherwise make the story about your immortal deity character. If I feel you are harming the RP with your power level I will remove your character.
2. Be respectful to everybody in OOC, please. This is free, you can do anything, post a whole book or just a one liner, I don't care.
3. There are no Character Sheets, at least, not if you don't want to do it. Instead, at bare minimum, post a short one sentence description of your character including their name. then post away! I don't even have to check it, though I will eventually and can and will veto if I have to.
4. Be reasonable, fun, and cool, like the Fonzie

I never said there wouldn't be actual rules, I meant there would be no content rules.

Assume that all universes are connected, in between exists the void, a blank space. Every so often, creatures and things fall through into the void, but the void is harmless, a safe place actually. With no way to go back, people create civilization within the void, a hodgepodge community combining science fiction, fantasy, and even things from our world (some say Elvis Presley can be found performing in certain taverns on weekends)
In the infinite amount of time it's existed, the void has garnered thousands of settings and people, it's a mostly peaceful place, but also ripe with adventure, should you go looking.
Now this RP isn't running the normal way, I'm taking a hands off approach, and leaving it up to the players. You can create or adapt literally anything and put it in here, let's say the primary setting is a large city with elements of both science fiction and fantasy kingdoms. Your character is a new arrival here, so they get the lowdown on what it is and perhaps go and do something. Anything, whether that's slay some monsters hiding in the sewers or live a life as a common barkeep. It's all up to the players,
I should also add, CS aren't necessary. All you need to post is a single sentence describing your character and including their name. You're free to develop them as much, or as little, as you like, this is free after all. This RP is open to all, at any time, to do anything. the players have absolute freedom.
