Bio

Well, there's a lot about me. I guess the really quick and dirty guide is that I'm a 21 year old transgirl college student with a lot of interests, mostly video game and media related. I'm kind of all over the place when it comes to RPing and usually prefer fantasy stuff. Really if you want to get to know me, just have a chat with me! Over some random OOC thread or just PM me to talk, I don't mind.

True Lei'Loni are powerful, but I did sort of kit my character for two types of fighting. The assault rifle he use's actually fire's small missiles while, due to there high explosive nature it gives him means to push them back. He also has a rail gun that can punch holes through the smaller ones and stun the big guys. A plasma pistol for when he needs it and his thin coat Reso'nan sword for wolf back combat. Also Rose can take a down with her jaws but can only take on one at a time. Also Cass use's guns over brains, not smart but he can hold his own.I really like how him Draconilians character and mine are opposites. It will make for interesting conversations and idea's on how to work together.

I'm not sure how exactly they're "opposites"

just because your character ignores racial tensions doesn't mean they are completely unalike

But Stormtroopers are terrible shots.I always liked to think that if somehow a opponent smashes Lei'Loni's heads or even shatter their core, that means death for them.

I prefer Bisecting them with Laser Blades.
I don't consider playing around in the IRC by threatening each other's characters with weapons we may or may not ever have to be "canon" so to speak =P

I say make them immune to EMP, but come up with some sort of signal, weapon, ray, whatever, that shuts down their power cores and forces lockdown, disabling their weapons and such. That seems like a reasonable weakness to me.

Also the fact that they are super fucking powerful is the reason why I only had my character kill one, and he had the advantage of being against a weak footsoldier.

. Also, what makes it so certain that an Alien technology uses circuits and transistors that would be effected by EMP?

I'm not. There was just a convenient button nearby that said "do not push"

General rule of thumb, devices capable of generate EMP can be detected on all standard Lei'Loni sensors unless shot from a great distance, therefore avoided before made a threat. A race that's been enslaving others for centuries isn't the type to overlook such obvious weaknesses. This isn't the movie "Signs."

Lei'Loni can't see across the vastness of space and dimensions that is this OOC thread.

Plus, EMP shielding is a thing, even now. No doubt they have it in this future.
I could have chosen to take it but we were all going in to that bar blind. I'm lucky I didn't choose to just go bare.

Robots don't have souls. "you're not even alive. Not really, you're just a machine, and machines can be broken."
*hits convenient EMP button nearby*

Yay for being organic!
Currently ignoring it.
Anybody here? usually there's a post or two when I wake up
