"I'm Faye Beherit, head of the Beherit house, and these are the members of my peerage. You actually came on a good time, stranger, I was about to make an important announcement to them, and if you wish to join us I would be more than glad to let you stay, as I can see you're no mere human."

"uhu" Stella said disinterested, if the rumored Silver Ryu was not in this group then she had no reason to stay here, then again, this Mar girl was so powerful and this was a entire group, they could proof a challenge as well.

"What I was going to say, is that we will have a rating game coming soon. Actually, not one, but a series of games to decide who will occupy the role of Maoh that has just been created. The Devil who wins this tournament will be promoted to Great Satan status and I'm counting with you all to get me there."
"Naturally, you'll receive rewards too. Since the members of the winner's peerage will be promoted to High class Devils, no matter their previous status. This means that not only you would gain land and tittles, but that you'll be able to form your own peerages after Lord Beelzebub considers you worthy of having a set of Evil Pieces." Faye paused for a moment to let the news sink in, before finishing with an excited "Isn't that amazing?"

"And why would I care about this" Stella asked, this so called Rating game, something she never heard about before, would be for their group of whatever they were.

Devils? Stella thought, still what usefulness would this have for me?

"Listen up small Devil's, and I am referring to size not status, Your wanting to fight in a rating game huh, Guess you could use some help from my Host but what would you give her for turning into a devil of this house" The voice spoke out loud for all of them to hear, though the wings stayed hidden for now.
"What the hell you doing Eclip!"
"You want a challenge and a Rating game are fights between devils, you'll find enough adventure if you join them"
"But turning to a devil? you nuts, stuck too long in that gear or something?"
"sealed up too long Possibly yeah, but I am not nuts, would it really matter what race you are, your still you, were all living so why bitch about what you are"
Stella sighed at that comment, she cant argue with him once he began about that.
"Tss.. Fine" She reluctantly replied, though the thought of more adventure in the the devil world sounded fun, who knows maybe these guys could help her find this silver ryu guy.
"Say Devil Girl, seeing your mistake about the lack of dragons here, I take it you have not heard the rumors about this Silver Ryu guy right"

CoM: City of Mutants

Drake

As Drake was able to hear the conversation and knew the 2 additional figures decided to follow others he sped up, using his fullest speed and jumping on walls in order to turn.
After a period of time he stopped and began to walk normally as he entered a rather large room.
Inside the room was pretty much nothing and it seemed to lack any other entrance, but there was one thing further...

A large humanoid reptile like person was standing in the room, eying Drake.
"You ssssshhhhauld neverrrrr hhhhafe come hherrrre" the creature said.
"I was left with little choice, the kidnapping of humans has drawn to much attention to the mutants" Drake simply replied the mutant.
"If this continue there will be a man hunt to all mutants, bringing danger to all of us" He continued.

The reptilian man seemed to complement what he was told but shook his head.
"I canthhh sstop, I hhhafe no choihhhce" he replied.
"Why?" Drake asked curious.
"Due tho the masssterrrr, I hhafe to...." The reptilian man stopped mid sentence while his eyes seemed to glaze over for a second, it almost seemed to Drake as if he was struggling to something similar as he himself has done so often.
"What is your name" Drake asked, hoping to pull out some more sanity and all.
"Rrrrepthile, thhat isss thhe name thhhe massterr gafe me" Reptile replied, Drake's attempt to draw him back seemed to work.

Drake sighed, thinking of what to do.
"You musst go now" Reptile suddenly spoke.
"Same as you, I cannot unless I know the kidnapping stops and those you have already are returned safely" Drake replied, it seemed the conversation would end soon.
"No, you mussst, orr elssse" Reptile continued without saying what exactly.
"Or else what?"
"Thhe massterrss orrrderrrs"
"what orders?" Drake asked, he needed to know what was going on.
"Thhe orrderrss......" As he thought about it his eyes glazed over completely and just as suddenly he jumped to Drake.

However, during the entire conversation Drake has been charging up his electricity just in case.
So as Reptile jumped Drake released the blast forward.

Reptile tried to avoid but the end of his tail got hit by the side of the blast, conducting a portion of it throughout his body.
The rest of the blast continued and hit the wall, causing the wall to collapse and a large wall dust to rise, making it impossible to know what is happening...

Symbio+Janet

After an surprising amount of flying and time Janet finally reached Symbio who was moving at an high speed prior before he stopped to speak to her.
"Why did you follow me?"
"Figured my best chances are with you, Drake can handle himself, Mech is with Aqua and David, so.."
"Whatever"

After a while of walking past some waterway's Janet suddenly stopped.
"What is that" She said, pointing to some kind of box at the edge of the sewer waters.
Symbio grabbed the box and looked at it, holding it between two fingers.
"Maybe this is what caused that wall of water?" Janet continued as he said nothing.
"Not unless its adjusted from its normal functions, its a music player" Symbio explained as she used his claws to break open the special and unique protective case that prevented water from getting to the music player.

Janet felt pretty stupid for not having recognized something so common, though when he teared open the case she did recognized it a little, not a brand she knew though.
"Dude, its not cool to steal stuff man" an unknown voice spoke from, well no where they could figure out.
"what the?" Symbio said as the voice spoke.
Suddenly the water started to rise and a head shaped together with two tendrils where the arms would be.
A large tower of water with water made tendrils and a normal sized water made head was towering above them.
"Give it back man" the voice spoke from the water's head.
Symbio looked at the water man, a grin showed on his mask as the symbiote copied Rain's face.
"Sure" he said as she threw the device inside the mutants body.
"Why did you do that?" Janet said as she watched the device give a spark when it hit the water and short circuited.
"Dude, you should not have done that man, you should not have done it, I'll wash away that bad skin of your man, your going to drown now man"
Just as that the water mutant rose higher.
Janet watched in fright only to suddenly have to dive down as en explosion behind her destroyed the wall, sending rocks flying though the air.

it took quite a while before the dust settled, surprisingly the water-hippy man did not attack during it.
There was a sound of a large splash but with the flying rocks who knew what it was.
As the dust descended A figure walked out of the wall.
"Report" Drake said as he looked at Symbio.
"Not much, found a music player in casing, its owner a water made mutant wanted it back, did what he wanted, though I ripped off the case and damaged the battery so it got fried, it got mad and, well you broke the wall"
Drake looked at Janet who nodded to confirm.
"Dont let up, I was fighting the reptilian one just a sec ago, they both seemed to have left but" and Drake was correct, in the waters you could see a face in the waters surface, the face seemed to be unconscious and underneath it was a rock that likely had hit the man when the rocks were blown out of the wall.
"Ugh, man rocks hurt man" a voice spoke, Instantly Janet shifter her arms to bear claws.
Quickly the water mutant rose again.
"Who are you man" it spoke once it noticed Drake, seemed he had forgotten the other two.
"You can call me Drake, and you are?" he replied.
"Master called me Hydro" He spoke.
"Again this master, care to tel me who he is?"
"He's my master man, of yeah thats right, master told me to drown all those down here" Just as that the hippy mutant attacked.
Drake released a second electric wave he had charged up a little, and once it hit Hydro he screamed a death scream and his entire body fall to pieces.
"did he just die?" Janet asked stunned.
"Seems I used to much power" Drake said calmly, though he kept unmoving for a long while.

Mech&Aqua

As the three were walking though the tunnel they ended up, at a dead end.
"Odd, a tunnel to nothing?" Mech said.
"Perhaps there is more then we can see?" Aqua asked Mech.
"Guess" He said "one way to find out" Just as that he transformed his arm to an other energy cannon.
"Mech-san, please refrain from using that, if the tunnel collapsed, then we all may become buried" Aqua spoke to stop him.
Mech sighed and transformed his arm back to normal "then what?"
Aqua thought about it for a second "Unless David-san knows of a way, I think we could best report to Drake-sama"

plus I kinda expected the human shape to be... well human, even if legendary human or imortal

Zeke nodded "Alright, We will see who will enter the game, and for the rules, I take it basic group battle rules, I feel those would simulate real combat best, though the time before the match to discuss strategies would not happen in a sudden assault like this one, as that I will not say who I will join making planning harder for you anyway, shall we say, once we begin we truly begin and see how the battle flows without planning, would be interesting for me as well"

"Well it is not my place to say this instead of Lorenzo, but a Pawn has the power of Promotion, if Lorenzo leads you good enough you'll likely find out during the coming game, if you want I can explain it now off course.

Suddenly Moena's expression became a glare targeted towards some tree's in the buildings direction.
Not long after, a priests entered the field.
She knew there was a talk with a priest planned today, it was one of the reasons Zeke visited today, he would not say it to Lorenzo, but considering the attack, having an second high class devils would give Lorenzo a much higher protection in case this was a trap.
it was also the reason she was stationed outside, well not just her, but the others were watching from other points.
"I take it your the priest who met with my master" she intentionally phrased it that way, while she was honest, in case the man had some kind of trick to see if she was lying (something she was used to with Master) by saying he met her master, she purposely left out that the one he spoke with was not her master.
Zeke was in the room so he had met him, though indirectly.
But she also left Shinichi out of it, drawing all the attention to herself.
All this just in case the man would be a danger to them, the more attention he had to her, the less Shinichi would be targeted.

It was then that he got to his point, asking about the assault.
For a second she thought about what to do, she herself had no idea, Shinichi would have to answer, if the man would use this as a diversion, then the attention would be at him.
Well she had a trick up her sleeve to draw attention back to herself on that note so...
She basically nodded to Shinichi that he could answer, though she had no idea of he had figured out her plan and noticed the nod or its purpose...

As the Knife wielding Punk jumped at her, Stella dragonized a section of her skin.
She knew using it in public was dangerous, so she had to concentrate to effect only a small section of her skin.
She always found it easier to Dragonize larger, more complete sections
A Hand was harder then an entire arm...

Having to focus on her gear would make her slower to react, but regardless she would have enough time to knock the guy in his face as planned.

Magic a telepathic voice spoke to her, causing her to fail with attacking when the guy's knife bounced of her skin.
A second chance was something she did not get as all of a sudden the guy collapsed.

To Stella's surprise the other 2 backed off when they noticed who did it.
She grinned, the girl must be powerful to force out this reaction.

Yet suddenly the girl grabbed her girl and put her other arm around her waist in order to start dragging her towards the school.
"Oi, whats the idea, where you taking me?!" she started to yell and struggle but the girl was even stronger then her.
well she might get out if she dragonized and attacked, but there were too many people around plus the same voice came again, telepathically.
Stella, this girl is the source of before, lets follow and see whats up
"Tss.. Fine" she said, trying to make it sound like she was complaining, but the voice knew, she was more excited, this could be the lead to the rumor she was tracking.

Once she was inside some class room she was finally let free.
She looked around with a smile "So, who of you is the Silver Ryu?"

in general it wont be that much of an issue, as long as the team your in would be accepting it or of similar activeness so the missions can flow the same flow
though when stuff as larger plots and tournaments come, then it may be trickier
but in general I just wanted to ask why people decide to leave
