The hunters dragged David to a cell then strapped his arms and legs to a chair, they left the cell David woke up after a few hours he groaned the tried to move finding he was strapped to a chair. "Tell me where the other dragons are" David couldn't see who asked them that "I won't." Some taller dude came in and punched him, great they we're going to torture him but he wouldn't break and tell them.

David was walking through town, he saw the hunters behind him to late. They put a collar around his neck to keep him from shifting, then they stuck a needle into his neck putting a drug into him the last word that came out of him before he blacked out "Ari...."

Kylar pulls back, his thumb wiping away her tears "I've been wanting to do that for awhile megumi." He said softly just enough for her to hear him.

Kylar smiled a little, "I can sense it remember I don't see but I can sense things around me I can sense there body language there grateful that you came megumi," he leans in and kisses her.

David shook his head, then his father tackled him outside they were falling him under his dad he flipped them to where he would be on top. They hit the ground "you come after me again dad then I will kill you," his wings come out of his back and he flew off.

Kylar reaches out and touched her cheek, "to me your no monster people in this village don't think your a monster megumi so stop saying that you don't cause pain you don't kill unless for a good reason and you don't hurt the people you love and care about." He smiled a little, "megumi you might think that but other people don't."

Kylar shifted himself, so he was sitting up. "its just what megumi?" The covers slid down to show his bare torso, with bandages around his stomach and side. He dropped his head to his chest, "burn marks from the fight nothing serious though."
