Voltron: The Universal Defender

The Galra empire has reigned over most of the known universe, led by Emperor Zarkon. Although a few planets have been able to fend off his growing forces. The times are of desperation for those still defying the Galran forces. Those who know of a particular legend however believe that there can still be hope. Long ago, a strange alien technology created a group of four robotic lions. These lions choose their pilots, and when all five work together. They can form a mighty force called Voltron.

Now five unsuspecting beings from across the universe are going to answer the call.

I think Voltron Force looks better than Voltron Legendary Defender.

Nothing looks worse than Voltron The Third Dimension, which is how I got into Voltron in the first place.

Really all I've seen of that show are just pictures... and that's about as far as that's going. Because wow... just wow those graphics...

I think its the 3D animation that really bugs me. Like if it was just the 2D animation it would be better to me. The 3D just looks kind of low res and I don't know... just not feeling it.

Speaking of I watched the first part of the first episode earlier. After giggling at the fact Swizz Beatz did the theme song, it was just kind of blah bordering on bad. I liked how they did the split screening for more then just the big call, but some of the dialogue was soooo cringe worthy. I did chuckle at a few things though, and I'm sure some of it is just first episodes issues.

@DrewVonAwesome Yeah I did some study of the wiki and while I didn't know the loins picked pilots they could relate too, I should be able to make a tough but gentle type.

It was pretty much solely a Legendary Defender thing, otherwise they were just machines.
