So would his abilities be changed in the rp or would that sort of event have already happened and he's starting with the Rico abilities?

@BlackPanther Funny enough with Franklin I once changed his powers around to a super skrull kind of power. Being able to change between the four Fantastic Four powers. Because a story where Franklin is kidnapped by Doctor Doom who wants to use his reality warping powers to remold the world how he wants. So Franklin changed his powers with the reality warping stuff to something with all of the Fantastic Four powers.
So, what if we go ahead and take the Rico powers of being elastic and invisibility, and put that on Franklin through whatever means. I'd approve of something like that.

The kids part only really affects Wiccan and Speed though (techincally... kind of... its complicated). Otherwise Kate Bishop isn't related to Clint Barton and Hulkling's dad has already passed away and replaced by Carol Danvers. So youngified Marvel characters are going to show up regardless as other students.
But there's still people like Cassie Lang (Stature/Stinger), Eli Bradley (Patriot), Noh-Varr (Marvel Boy), America Chavez. Of course Runaways like Chase Stein, Nico Minoru, Karolina Dean, Molly Hayes, Victor Mancha. Of course youngified heroes could certainly include Spider-Man/Spider-Gwen/Spider-Miles, maybe one of the Fantastic Four...
