So, I was thinking this could be like a superhero rp, but it would be centered in mostly Gotham (obviously.) Every now and then we would go on a mission in another place. Powers would be unlimited. Maybe you would have a medium-level power, or you wouldn't have powers and would just use tech. Anyways, you'd get to make your own superhero. They would be recruited by Batman to look over Gotham. And yeah, they'd have a base of operations. Anyone interested?

Place of Birth: London
Personality: An extreme pessimist, and not very loyal to anyone, he'll do almost anything for a couple of coins. Almost. Anyways, he is perfectly capable of murdering anyone who gets in his way, and will do anything to stay in his position. He is only 18, yet he'll do all that. He keeps a pistol with him at all times, 'just in case'.
Backstory: He was born in a mass of boats centered somewhere around London. He learned to pilot a boat and submarine at a young age, and also excelled at using a weapon. His mother died at his birth, and his father abandoned him. He fends for himself, scrounging for food, clean water, and money. One day, his piloting skills were noticed, and he began a long string of piloting jobs.
Belongings:
A pistol
A few changes of clothes
A backpack full of rations and clean water canteens
A large manual on the sea, that he wrote.
A few extra clips for his gun
A cloak

Hey, I feel pretty useless to the rp right now...
Arthur nodded to Rose, strapping his water rifle to his back and grabbing a water balloon. "Let's fucking crush these people." Rose grabbed two water balloons and two water pistols. "This is gonna be awesome." They stood on guard, and waited for prey.
