If anyone is seeking a spouse for their Jarl, then they could potentially be married to a Crowsfoot woman. Eyildr has several as-of-yet unnamed daughters and the Crowsfoot are well known for their fertility and longevity, which may make them attractive brides to the Jarls of the land.
Jarless: Eyildr Crowsfoot, the White Crone, Jarless of Hjaldr's Vale.
Path: Way of the Patron

Household

Eyildr Crowsfoot, aged 74, the venerable Jarless of Hjaldr's Vale for some fifty years of peace and prosperity. She is of small, occasionally uncertain physical stature and walks with the help of a heavily bejewelled cane wrought from oak wood. Upon her head she wears a woven diadem of bronze studded with amethysts, and heavy and imperious robes. Wrinkles adorn her face heavily, with crow's feet at her eyes and a sunken, aged mouth. Grey hair is drawn back into intricately woven styles by countless maids. Her eyes, however, remain sharp and keen - pinpricks of greying light that take in all around her with a keen and unyielding accuracy. When she speaks she does so slowly and carefully, and does so freely, unafraid to offend those around her by her observations. It has been Eyildr's diplomatic coolness, however, that has fostered amicable relations with the Elves of Galadriel and her own men of Hjaldr's Vale, and has allowed her realm to acquire some wealth in this manner.

Asmund Crowsfoot, the Unyielding, aged 33, heir to the Jarldom of Hjaldr's Vale. Asmund was Eyildr's third son with her long deceased husband Glithli, after Torvigg and Hallfrid, but upon the deaths of the latter at sea in a great storm within the Icevein Inlet he found himself heir to the Vale and to his venerable mother's title. Asmund is a warrior at heart, much at contrast to the careful and unwarlike ambitions of his mother. He has fought where necessary at the behest of his aged mother, and in times of crisis and war it is he who leads the banners and armies of Hjaldr's Vale against incoming menaces. A tall and inspiring commander, he wears his flaming orange hair loose around his head and grows a great beard.

Kalli (24), Hjelda (21), Birna (18) Crowsfoot, the Unmarried Maids of Hjaldr's Vale. The three youngest daughters of Eyildr are some of the Kingdom's most eligible maids. A marriage to one of them could easily be a way to secure the fealty of the Vale.

Arl Tormus Watervale of Red Reach, aged 43, is the most prominent Arl in the Jarless' domain. His town of Red Reach rests extremely close to the border of Galadriel, and it is through him that much of the trade passing through into Hjaldr's Vale and the Kingdom at large comes. He is therefore the richest of the men in the Vale after the Jarless herself, and his smooth disposition and uncharacteristically anti-war opinions have led him to be distrusted by many of the Kingdom's councillors. Some suspect him of attempting to influence the aged Jarless. He is married to Eyildr's eldest daughter Faelina and by her has two sons and a daughter aged between 13-3.

Arl Baveer Hawksbane of Grassmarch, aged 21, is the 'Boy of Grassmarch'. He is the lord of much of the fertile grasslands that compose the eastern portion of the Vale. Raised in the court of the Jarless as a boy after the death of his parents in the same sailing mishap that killed Eyildr's eldest sons, he has been as much as a surrogate son to the Jarless and through this has an unyielding loyalty to her that secures at least the most fertile area of the Vale as continuously leal to her.

Thanes Aldrun Hawskbane, uncle of the current Arl of Grassmarch (41) and Haaken Moonsfall (28) a distant cousin of the Jarless and noted military wonder.

Dynasty Bio: The Crowsfoot dynasty have ruled the Vale since the arrival of Hjaldr Crowsfoot the Red Rooster onto its grassy plains some five centuries ago, largely uninterrupted since then save for insurgencies by many petty lords during times of crisis or unsure succession. The family has maintained its grip on the region largely due to its unstoppable fertility - the current Jarless has twelve children and has used them, as she and her siblings were used before her, to maintain carefully cultivated marriages and matches with those around her. There was even talk of one of her daughters being married to a petty king of the Elves. The Crowsfoot have not ruled with an iron first, but justice unto those who have sought to usurp their power has been swift and exacting. The preferred method of execution in the Vale is drowning in the River Stael.

Province Name and Number: 9, Hjaldr's Vale.

Fiefdom Bio: The Vale holds some of the Kingdom's most fertile lands, and along its east and south great fields of wheat, barley and corn are grown in the lands of Grassmarch. Its southern location also allows it to be somewhat warmer than many of the northern fiefs and so it often escapes particularly harsh winters. The western and northern coasts have developed extensive maritime cultures that foster travelling between the fiefs and also southwards towards Galadriel, and exploration along the Elven west coast has also developed in this time. The fief's largest city is Firsthold, historically the first place where the eponymous Hjaldr set up camp upon his arrival into the Vale. It rests in the far north of the fief on the coast of the Icevein Inlet and is the seat of the Crowsfoot family. Other large cities include Red Reach, which nestles extremely far south, near to the border of Galadriel and so has a culture influenced by Elven architecture and a higher than normal number of Elven and half-Elven residents, and Grassmarch, which rests on the south-east edge of the fief and maintains dominion over the extensive agricultural land that is used to feed many of the areas of the Kingdom.
Could I 'reserve' the number 9 area? It's 2am here right now but I'll get to writing my sheet in the morning.
Name: Naetheriana, daughter of Lilith

Age: Ancient. Old enough to have forgotten, at any rate.

Race: Succubus, Lilim

Gender: Female.

Appearance: In her natural, unaltered form: Her diminutive stature of five feet is compensated by the great, ebon horns that protrude from her forehead and curl backwards like those of a ram. Her skin is scarlet, a faded red that covers her entire body without change in hue or shade. Her eyes are a deep, swirling and unnatural green - reminiscent of corruption and pestilence rather than the verdant or natural, while her pupils are slitted like those of a snake. Long, shapely human-like legs end in clawed hooves that scrape unnaturally against the ground as she walks. Two great, leathery, batlike wings protrude from her back and dominate her appearance, their span some ten feet when unfurled and formidable to behold. She carries a carved staff that swirls with green energy, and her clothing is scant but highly decorative, studded with glowing red jewels that throb unnaturally and wilted black lace.

She also possesses the ability to shapeshift into the most beautiful woman a man could desire based on his own preferences, regardless of age, weight or race. Generally, she crosses Voldoa in the guise of a beautiful, slight blonde woman with soft brown eyes and robed in an uninspiring brown dress so as to avoid attention during the daylight hours, even from other monsters.

Personality: Naetheriana is an old idea, and an old creature. Her origin as a true demon paint her as entirely evil, and thus her personality has developed - self serving to a fault, and unable properly to feel empathy for those around her. However, the one quality she does possess bountifully is loyalty, and the fact that she scantly has contact with her masters and other demons means that she has the most loyalty specifically for the faction of the monsters themselves. She sees Voldoa as a human attempt to finally place their trust in those bestowed with great gifts such as her, and with that the Engineers have earned her unwavering respect and potential loyalty.

Her personality is vain and narcissistic, and her craving for material wealth is constant and unyielding. She often styles herself the Whore of Babylon, and delights in those that fear her and are attracted to her - especially to those of whom both are true simultaneously. Her position as a highly sexualised creature also heighten this need for constant attention and reassurance of her beauty, which is undeniable in the face of her ability to shapeshift continuously into ever more attractive forms. Sarcasm and wit dominate her speech when she is not seeking power, and remarkably she is generally easy going and genial in her approach of others. Thousands of years of seduction have rendered her particularly charming when it comes to those who are attracted to pretty women, and her presence in the most important human Royal and Imperial courts of old have taught her much in the way of historical knowledge, etiquette and courtesy. She carries her manners with her with pride in this regard.

History: From Babylon to Versailles to Washington, many of history's most distinguished socialites and courtesans have been the guises of Naetheriana the demon. Long ago severed from her connection with her mother Lilith by the early technologies of humans, Naetheriana has blended seamlessly into the courts of men for millennia, seducing her way through kings and emperors alike the world over. She has gained prestige in this manner, and her love of great wealth has shaped the way that she has influenced the men who do her bidding. It is no exaggeration to say that, over the many millennia of her existence, the succubus has caused more than a few wars and thousands of deaths by the sheer influence of her (un)earthly charms on the men around her. From Bathsheba's temptation of King David to the follies of the Marquise de Pompadour in Louis XV's Palace of Versailles, Naetheriana has manoeuvred her way seamlessly through the machinations of men and their politics.

However, the rise of industry brought about her downfall. Industrialisation was unnatural in a way that even the demoness could not comprehend - it was alien to her in a way that only those things that considered themselves good and divine had been before, and in its face her wily charms and feminine temptations were powerless. As men developed guns and formulated ways to detect the demons in their midst, Naetheriana found herself ever more confined to the back alleys as a low life temptress - a sorry state of affairs for one who, at various points, had been declared Goddess, Empress and Queen by peoples the world over. She jumped at the chance for escape from The Engineers, away from the world which had turned its back on her great power and rendered the proud demoness humiliated.
This looks very interesting to me also.
I'm not sure what cash means, but I meant more a room for the participants to discuss the OOC logistics of the RP and iron out some of the details together more quicktime.
You should start an IRC channel for the RP. :)

The Kingdom of Tyrisine
The Verdant Kingdom

Location on map: Black outline.
Race: Almost entirely populated by Elves. Very few members of other races, often acting as merchants in major cities. The particular strain of Elves that inhabit Tyrisine are particularly pure of bloodline, but much shorter than some of their other counterparts, very rarely reaching 6 feet tall. They are lithe of build and their skin is nearly always pearly white. Their hair varies in colour, though bright red and black are the most common colours amongst the population. Eyes are either wild green, sky blue or violet, with the latter being the rarest and most valued.

Type of government: Monarchy, with the support of feudal Dukedoms and the religious, cultural and economic institutions that the nation requires to remain successful and prosperous.
Faction: Strongly supports the Galan League, and their fellow Elves.
Ruler: Queen Elsannis III of House Lamorien, who succeeded her father King Marthisian X after his death some eighteen years ago. Her kingdom has fostered stronger ties with the outside world than has ever been seen before.
Capital: Ashänti, population 150,000. Situated on the small peninsula jutting out into the sea. Located atop a tall mountain with wide views of the sea, the capital has been a beacon of prosperity and trade for passing merchants for centuries. Much of the nation's wealth travels through this central city. It is also the base of the court and the Merchant's Guild.
Other cities: Quirth, population 53,000. Located deep within the Ashvale Forest, Quirth is the centre of Tyrisinian scholarly knowledge and religion. Its location is kept secret to all those who do not hail from the nation, and very few foreigners ever see inside. Said to be constructed from houses hewn into the trunks of colossal oak trees, the city is the centre of the Order of the Leaf, who preserve the histories, culture and traditions of the nation and the Earthwives, a caste of priestesses who devote their lives to the preservation of the faith of the Treefather.

History: Tyrisine is an old kingdom, with old ideas and traditions. Its situation on the grassy plains and heavily forested Aluriel Bay have given it open access to trade with other nations throughout the years, but apart from its cosmopolitan coastal trade cities very few foreigners have seen the interior of the nation. The nation's histories are chronicled and guarded closely in the scholarly city of Quirth, but tell of a nation which has closely guarded its treasuries and avoided war at all costs throughout its long history. There has been careful cultivation of diplomacy and trade that has allowed the nation to prosper financially while largely cutting off its own culture from all except the various other Elven nations.

The nation was founded some 500 years ago as a city state on the Ashanti Peninsula, but expanded rapidly onto the fertile plains to the south west and the dense, mysterious forests to the south east. The Elves who inhabit the land are long lived, short in stature, and slow to act or change their minds. Thus, their allegiance to the Galan League is strong and unyielding as is their love for the Elven people in general. Life in the cities is dictated by trade and is often characterised by great wealth, while the farmers on the plains and the hunters of the forests live a life unchanged for hundreds of years and mostly untouched by the wars and conflicts of the world.

To other Elves, Tyrisine may appear aloof, slow, mysterious and overly traditional and impractical. To non-Elves, the nation appears as a possibility to earn vast amounts of money by trading rare fruits and gemstones from the nation, and providing pelts, skins and cloth. The people themselves, however, would appear cold and unyielding. They are generally distrustful of foreigners, especially non-Elves.

Administration: The people of the nation are largely loyal solely to the monarch. The nation operates a system of equal succession, and so women and men both accede to the throne equally and have ruled with equal years. Power is largely feudal, delegated by the monarch to the twelve Ducal houses who see fit to administrate their own regions with the consent of the Queen and the nation. A Council of Elders is composed of various nobles and religious leaders, and advise the monarch in all matters political - especially regarding trade, which is the lifeblood of the nation's continual finances.

Religion is focused on the worship of the Treefather, a nature god who is said to be based in a Great Oak tree deep within the forest - the location of which is the Kingdom's most closely guarded secret, not privy even to foreign Elves. This religious conviction and cultural belief is key to determining the politics of Tyrisine - historically, the Verdant Kingdom has been careful in its international political machinations, avoiding war were possible and fostering cooperative if cold trade routes and channels of communication with nearby cities and kingdoms as well as those further afield. The composition of the government itself has been observed to be relatively nepotistic; only the leaders of Finance and Spirituality generally come from outside the confines of the nation's well defined aristocracy.

The composition of the Council of Elders is as follows:

i) Elsannis III, by the Grace of the Treefather, Her Most Splendid Majesty, Queen of the Great Grass Plains and the Ashvale
ii) Marïthriel of Myrth, First Chronicler of the Order of the Leaf, Preserver of the Histories and Cultures of Tyrisine
iii) Lord Yaterian of Édrassil, Duke of Edarian, Lord-Treasurer of Ashanti
iv) Yavinaa the Elder, High Priestess of the Treefather, Chief Spiritual Counsel to the Queen
v) Raelin Malthusîan the Green, First Arrow of the Queen's Army, Protector of the Forests and the Plains
vi) Lady Haelithia of Rainsmarch, Duchess of Casillian, Trade Emissary of the Queen's Splendour
vii) Princess Yaetheria, Her Most Imperious Highness, Vice-Trade Emissary of the Queen's Splendour
