@KatherinWinter I'll respond right after I eat :)
@Polaris North@KatherinWinter Okay, I'm back. I should be fully available now
@KatherinWinter Kiadi will walk Cassandra down the aisle, he's always been like a father to her. And again, I'm really really sorry, it was super sudden. And I will be gone all day tomorrow, but I will try to check in
@KatherinWinter But now I am free for tomorrow, so I don't mind going next ^.^
@KatherinWinterI am so sorry I've been absent without notice, I have been super busy the past few days and it was really sudden. I'm sorry for not informing you, but I couldn't 3:
@KatherinWinter it accidentally went on for a lot longer than I intended, I am so sorry. I really like those characters and got a bit carried away. I guess it works out though, considering I will be gone all day today. Lol
While waiting, Cassandra looked at herself in the mirror again. No matter what she seemed to do, she could never get her hair right on her own. Thinking for a moment, she came up with a solution. Anzu was downstairs, she could help her. Cassandra picked up her phone and started typing in it, texting the man who she saw as a brother about her little hair issue. Hopefully, the people running this whole thing would let her friend help. She had denied the help of the people working here because she preferred to do these things without the help of random strangers. But just in her luck, a friend had just arrived who could help her with her rats nest she called hair on top of her head.
After a seemingly short wait, there was a soft knock at the door. Cassandra went over and opened it up, happy to see that it was who she called for. On the other side of the door was a small, auburn haired woman who looked incredibly young. She had freckles across her face that complemented her hair and helped her eyes pop out a bit. "Please, come in Anzu," Cassandra said with a warm smile.
Anzu stepped in and smiled brightly at Cassandra before hugging her tightly. "Oh, Cassandra, it has been far too long dear," the small woman said gleefully as she held her friend tightly. "How are you dear?"
"Can we talk while we do my hair? Forgive me, I have no idea when they are coming to take me to the wedding."
"Oh, of course, dear. I am so sorry." Anzu and Cassandra walked over to the mirror, Cassandra taking a seat facing forward. Anzu picked up a brush and inspected Cassandra's messy head before finally finding a place to start.
"How is your husband?" Cassandra asked, keeping still as Anzu worked on her hair. "He's alright. We recently had our... final conversation... with his father." The air seemed to grow thick with a mixture if emotions, ranging all across the spectrum.
"It needed to be done. Antonio will be much happier now that he's had closure," Cassandra reassured her friend. "It's just a shame Duniva wasn't there to give him some as well."
Anzu smiled and continued her work. "Yes, well... it's over that's all I care about." The brush got stuck in Cassandra's hair, causing Anzu to force the brush through.
"Ow!" Cassandra exclaimed, wincing at the harsh tug.
"Sorry!"
"You're fine dear, the fault belongs to this disastrous hair." Cassandra straightened herself in the chair. "What about the children? Are they doing alright?"
"Oh, they're doing wonderfully. Takumi just got his first major role in a stage play at our city. He's very excited for it. And Sirath has been working with her father." Anzu finished the last stroke of Cassandra's hair and took another full look at it. "There. You look as beautiful as ever."
Cassandra inspected he hair herself, admiring the job her friend had done. "Thank you so much, dear," she said, standing up and facing Anzu.
"Don't mention it, love. I'm so excited, you're getting married! I am so glad I got to help out in even a small way such as this." The small woman hugged her friend again, squeezing her tightly.
@KatherinWinter Alright, I might have that happen just so I'm not waiting :3
@KatherinWinter Cassandra is pretty much ready. Is she allowed to go down and see her guests or does she have to wait for someone like Fred to come and get her?
Cassandra was sitting in the washroom, combing her hair and humming a little tune to herself. She had just seen her girlfriend, Duniva, for the last time until after the first year. It didn't bother Cassandra that her own girlfriend wouldn't be attending her wedding. After all, that would just cause way too much drama given how possessive Duniva was. But it was Duniva who had given the okay for her to do this, so it bothered her none. So long as they got to see each other again and Duniva would still love her, Cassandra had no issue with any of this.

A sigh leaves Cassandra's mouth as she sets the brush down and picks up her phone, which was an old razor phone. She saw no need for smart phones because she always wanted to look at the beauty of the world around her rather than down at some silly screen all day. Cassandra opened up her messages and looked at them. Of course, her friends were just now getting here for the ceremony. Having no real family of her own, Cassandra only invited her truly close friends, which consisted of Duniva's older brother and his family, and her martial arts teacher, Kiadi. It wasn't by any means a large group of people, having a count of only five people in all, but they were who she loved with all her heart and she so wanted them to be there.

As for how Cassandra felt about the whole marrying a stranger thing, she could only say that she was excited. She wasn't scared or nervous, just excited. Trying new things was one of Cassandra's favorite things to do, especially when it was a huge adventure such as this.

Cassandra's heart raced a bit as she noticed the time. The ceremony was starting soon and she felt like she was running a bit late. She always felt like that, to be fair, always preferring to arrive to events an hour early rather than on schedule. She figured she would likely be the first person down there aside from the people setting it all up. Besides, this gave her time to meet with her friends right before she had to go.
