A hidden Kekkei Genkai would hardly warrant a higher rank.
Then a Genin shouldn't have complete mastery over their Kekkei Genkai. Kinda like how Sasuke and Obito couldn't use their Sharingan. Then, the healing technique isn't even a Genin level technique. It's an A-Rank technique. A Genin shouldn't even know that healing technique yet, but be in the process of learning how to do it.

That's per canon.
Yeah that's been brought up a few times. Some Genin have multiple elements too.
They were all accepted despite that they are all far too powerful for Genin.

Ultimate insult, make his servants stronger than he will ever be #Trollz

Then he kills them and uses their bodies as weapons. It's Isai. He'd use his own mother, who is also his aunt, as a weapon.
"Like I said," Isai crossed his arms, not the slightest bit afraid of this superior, "It's gonna get clean. Yer not a good listener if ya didn't catch what I said, clear as day." Of course, Isai wasn't going to clean it. He had servants to do that. Though they were tecnnically his own family but, well, they were just servants to him. He'd drag them along and make them do it. He'd even make it look like he did it. Isai could totally manage that much. Though, in the end, he was above doing the actual dirty work himself...At least Isai believed so. Though, Isai felt like he wasn't going to need to say it again. How many times did this guy want to hear it? Isai thought about that and smirked, that characteristic cocky smirk, maybe this guy did need another word.

You couldn't think much about guys like these. They weren't built for thinking. Just for doing. That's why Isai didn't let much of what the guy was saying even bother him. Really didn't matter what he thought about Isai's clan. Isai knew the truth. He knew that his clan was amazing and fantasic and incredible and that's all he needed. It didn't matter what a commoner thought. They were hardly worth the additional thought of worrying over.

"Imma get it cleaned," He almost laughed. The shear words were hilarious. Honestly, if he ever had to clean soemthing he'd probably not even know where to start, because he hardly ever did it.

The way I've set up my Raikage it wouldn't be out of character to kill him as well as it wouldn't be out of character to just banish him. It was a threat that Atlas's character has to live up on or otherwise he will be considered weak. So since it doesn't break character in both scenario's then there is no point in killing Isai as a character but there is no way that he isn't getting banished if that office isn't clean. I don't understand why he doesn't get one of his Zombies to do it but whatever. I'm sure he can get strong enough as a missing nin provided he keeps training. That is my take on it, if it is in character to kill and or to spare then spare the character because it is just as important as your own.

This was already pretty much mentioned in my last post though. My last IC post. Which is totally your turn to respond to. *Rushes*
He didn't post to the Kage!

Tray, that should totally happen. I'd get a kick out of the whole stop, drop, and roll. :3

Saiyaka should totally just find someone else and pretend they're Nero's character. Or pretend he's there.

Pfft. She's not crazy!
Saiyaka will just have to obsess over Yume then.
Ah. Just realized Nero is leaving.
Sad face.

What will Saiyaka obsess over now? Gonna have to adopt another Jinchuriki?
Just knock him out.
Break his arms and legs.
Set him on fire.

Killing the character is hardly the only opition.

I disagree with your principles thoroughly, Durn. If you give the people the ability to exempt themselves from death, there will be issues with people who refuse to die. Not only that, but there is an inherent risk/reward factor involved with practically everything in the Ninja world - for example, the (absolutely awful) mission that has sent Jinchuuriki into Konohagakure. The rewards are nothing compared to the immense risk, so it should never have been attempted - and the risk is so high because death /must/ be a factor. They are invading an enemy village, and if they're caught and executed, they should have no say in it because it is out of their control. You, as a person, have a limited amount of power in terms of your character - you cannot stop actions from occurring in character just because you don't want them to, because that infringes on other people's rights as well. The ability to kill freely in character is a must - and those who abuse that right by, for example, randomly killing Genin, should be punished both IC and OOC. If the punishment is appropriate, the ability to kill freely is perfectly acceptable.

The opposite could be said about people that will contuionously kill off other characters.
Rp shouldn't be about murdering your opponent. Not fun for those that you are killing.

I've already been given the right to have my character not die without my permission, so I intend to keep that.
