Wonderlocke: Fit For A Queen, Part 1; Rise of A Noble
(Credit for the challenge goes to the original creator of the Nuzlocke, ThatOnePokemonTrainer)

In the wake of a gorgeous morning, a Fledgling chirped as it ascended the staircase. "Oh, happy day, happy day!~" it chimed, entering the upstairs room and issuing a, "Wake up, sleepy-head!" and a divebomb into the girl wrapped up in pink blankets. Her eyes flew open, a fiery rage filling them. "Why, you insolent fowl! If I get my hands on you, I'll bake you and stuff my pillow with your feathers!", she screamed, throwing off her covers in anger. The Pokemon shrieked and begged for mercy before flying back downstairs. With a burning expression, she stumbled over to the mirror in her room, next to the overly big television and just as superfluous Wii U system. "Felicity, are you ready yet?!" another woman called out from downstairs. "I'm getting there, mother!", the young Felicity replied.

This was the routine, each day. Felicity had always been...difficult. Ever since she found out that they had a distant royal relative, she had acted like a royal pain. The only difference on this particular morning was the location. Felicity and her mother had moved to Vaniville Town, a small village in the Kalos region, from the bustling Castelia City of Unova the night before. The change of pace was not sitting well with Felicity, and she made no efforts to hide her displeasure. A scowl adorned her fair features as she brushed her honey-colored hair, and changed from her pajamas into her everyday clothes. A crimson fedora, white sunglasses, a black shirt, shoes, and stockings, and a short skirt which matched her hat. "Oh, can't forget this...", Felicity mumbled, before grabbing her stylish pink purse.

Finally submitting to her mother's will, Felicity greeted her mother only slightly better than the Fletchling in the living room, who was now cowering under the couch. "Good day, mother." She said with a bemused expression. "Morning, dear! Did you finally get rested up from the move?" The older woman asked, her brown hair bouncing in delight, as well as the hoodie tied around her waist. "I slept adequately. Though it was hard, with this country air." Felicity groaned. A flicker of annoyance crawled across her mother's face, before being replaced with her usual jovial nature. "Good! Well, no sense staying inside all day! Some of the neighbor kids are already outside, waiting to meet you!"

Felicity's eyebrow rose a bit. "The country peasants want to fraternize with me? Ha! Just a single night, and they already know who's superior." She chuckled to herself, before flipping hair out of her hazel eyes. "Well, best not keep them waiting..." As she stepped out, her mother heaved a breath of relief and tried to comfort Tweetums, the family Fletchling.

Opening the door, Felicity was greeted with two young people. One, a girl with absurd hair and a childish pink outfit. The other, a pale boy with medium length dark hair and an atrocious track suit. I was right about the peasant bit...they can't even afford decent clothes. Felicity mentally scoffed, before they introduced themselves. "Hey there! We're your new neighbors, and since you just moved to town, we thought we'd introduce ourselves! I'm Shauna," The girl started out, "and I'm Calem. Pleasure to meet you." The boy finished. Felicity cleared her throat, and gave the usual spiel...

"I am Lady Felicity Von Greiger, of the Greiger dynasty. My great-great-great-great-grandfather, Harold Von Greiger, was a wealthy nobleman, and as such, I, my dear peasants, am of noble blood. Remember that, and you shall live many happy years." She rattled off, leaving the two new comers in shock. "Well, it's uh...nice to meet you, Lady...Felicity." Shauna said sheepishly, utterly confused. Calem scratched the back of his head. "Right...we also came to tell you that the Professor of this Region, Professor Sycamore, is looking for five kids to carry out a task for him. And lo' and behold, guess who he chose..." he dropped off at the end, before Felicity lit up. "Oh, how marvelous! This Professor Sycamore gentleman has incredibly good taste! But he should know, I do not take orders, and I shall only agree to this 'task' in order to leave this backwater pit. Also, I demand a shipment of Whipped Dream sweets to be delivered as payment."

Placing his fingers on his temples, Calem muttered an Oh God why her... before shaking his head and throwing up his hand. "Just...meet us in Aquacorde..." He and Shauna both dashed out of the lawn, and Felicity walked fashionably, always, to the gate. She spared a glance to the sky before heading onto the path to Aquacorde Town. "Soon, this entire region will be mine." A devious smile accompanied the ambitious words.
Hello, hello! This is where I'm going to put stories that I do and such. Right now, I'm doing a Wonderlocke challenge in my Pokemon X, so I'll be writing a story following my character Felicity on her journey to rule Kalos, and brutally maim all those that disagree~

Stay tuned, my lovelies!
I plan to stick with canon Dust until others become clear, don't worry. The only reason I asked is because Reya's combat style is pretty Dust-based, and I wanted to see how that would play out in the future. In terms of what I was thinking? Nothing specific really, just the ones seen in From Dust til Dawn that aren't explained.

I probably should stick to lurking... xD
Still here.
Neato. Thanks~
Not to barge in on the BB Express (shudders), but I have an inquiry:

Are we limited to the types of Dust whose functions are hinted at/displayed in the series? Or will the other types (i.e. Purple, Green, Brown, etc) be touched on/used?

Stupid questions are abound in my mind.
It was one of those days. It droned on and on, as The Prism shuffled among the deserted ruins of the Broken Center It wasn't often that they came up here, but it was feeling that a change of pace from the dark dingy atmosphere of the Lower City was a bit overdue. It's white cloak fluttered in the breeze, as the hood covered it's face, save for the strands of silvery blue hair which streamed like wisps in the wind. A sigh drifted lightly from it's lips, and the faint glowing behind the bandages on it's right eye pulsed. "Nothing interesting...no peop-wait," It shot a glance behind itself, around itself, even above and below. "No people...which is a good thing." Priz sighed again, a melodious hum to it's voice, extending it's claws just a bit so it could climb a nearby, distorted building.

After securing a better view, it could now see the groups of people scattered about, plumes of smoke rising from various areas of the city. Priz wished, if only for a moment, it could join them. But how would it act? How would it fit in? Such things were lost in what felt like a shattered mess in it's head. Priz sat down, cross-legged, and stared at the sky. The thin clouds rolled by as usual, and Priz conjured up the cold energy with itself to summon up a snow ball, and roll it around on the roof. Aside from running all of the time, he didn't have much in the way of entertainment. It was usually too frazzled for such a thing. It's orange eyes smiled a bit, before quickly shooting around for another quick inspection. A little relaxing was nice...

Of course, such moment are as brief as they are pleasant. Without warning, the ground shook and the air howled with a fierce chime, as light erupted into the sky, not too far from Priz's location. It covered it's remaining ear, gritting it's teeth at the sound. After it had subsided, Priz looked on in uncertainty. Surely others were investigating...maybe if it hadn't felt a tugging in what remained of it's heart, it would have stayed away. But after removing it's bandages, and revealing the shimmering orifice that replaced it's right eye, Priz couldn't ignore it. Thin wisps of light streamed from it, and revealed masses of darkness moving towards the event. In the streets below, they congregated, racing towards it.

"It'll just bug me if I don't..." It concluded, before it began creating bridges of ice to skate between rooftops, before they quickly melted. The last thing it wanted was for the hordes of dark creatures below to kill it.
In the midst of a toe-touch, a girl with long, beautiful red hair approached Reya. She shot up, looking at the newcomer with a slight confusion as she tried to fruitlessly place this new face, before the girl introduced herself as Sayuri, and commented on Reya's getting ready. The girl in red smiled and gave a big thumbs-up. "Definitely! I wanna make sure I'm absolutely prepared for anything! Nice to meet you Sayuri. Name's Reya!" She held out her hand for a handshake, before noticing another joyous face bounding over, with bouncing blond hair and a rather large muffin. Nearly all of which was crammed into her mouth. Kalimay was surely one of the brightest stars Reya had seen.

That changed when she happily greeted Sayuri, but regarded Reya with a broken softness to her voice. It actually stung a bit. Not from the girl herself, but the memories Reya held of her at Signal. She was always put down for her eccentricities, things that Reya thought made Kalimay a lovely individual. Even with all of the inexplicable fireworks. It was now that she regretted not reaching out to the girl when she had a chance. A forlorn expression passed through Reya's eyes before she tried to brighten up. "Morning, Kalimay! Looks like you had a good breakfast." She put every last scrap of sunshine into that sentence, because she couldn't stand to see people sad like that. It just wasn't acceptable.

Jacklyn arrived shortly after, bringing some more light to the little group of girls. "Wow, the guys sure are taking their sweet time..." Reya said with a laugh, before Jacklyn introduced herself to Sayuri. A thought casually strode up to the front of Reya's mind. I wonder who we'll all be paired with...at least, that's what I've heard. Maybe they'll do something different this year. Probably not... she contemplated before turning her full attention back to the growing group of ladies.
Since I missed the talk of OP weapons because some of us fucking sleep...

I actually forgot a part of Reya's chakrams when I made them, namely, the dust cartridge system, as mentioned in my post. So she has to pour the Dust onto the rings or outright smash them into a crystal, like in the beginning. She is probably going to end up killing herself by Dust 'splosions in the test, except not, because Aura OP.

Also, I don't get SAO either, seemed awfully drab. Especially that one bitch. She screams "cold until you get to know me, then I'm pretty friendly and warm." I was hoping that cream in the beginning was poison so she would get a dead.

And now that I've said these things, back to lurking.
Rising early and setting out to the showers with a confidence unrivaled, Reya sauntered into the girl's showers feeling absolutely renewed. Either that Auditorium floor was amazingly comfortable, or her back would vocalize it's displeasure after the exam. Reya silently hoped Beacon just had high-quality floors. It seemed possible, seeing as many students must get a acquainted very quickly with it. Wow, you get here, and you get a serious subconscious mean-streak as a door prize. Way to live up to the family name, Reya. Damn inner monologue, such a nag...

After getting dressed in some black jeans, a red t-shirt, and putting her hair in a ponytail with red ribbon, Reya made her way back to the Food Court., recalling the insanity that occurred yesterday. Some girl got her ear bitten off by a crazy dude...on the first day! Surely that stuff should wait at least a week. She arrived at the cafeteria quickly, eating her breakfast just as fast. She wasn't really hungry, but better to eat now than be starving out there. Reya made it a point to get back to her little locker, throwing it open to quickly equip herself. The Rings of Saturn, a belt clip with one cartridge per ammo type for Priestess, another which held eight small Dust tubes, of each variety she had. Blue, Red, Yellow, and White. This stuff isn't cheap...I'll need to finish that hotswap system if I want to save any Lien this year. Reya made a mental note, grabbing her glasses and small satchel before closing the locker.

It was a project to improve the efficiency of the Rings, but Reya had run out of time before getting to Beacon. She'd have to work on it when she had free-time...which looked sparse in the future. "I'm gonna be broke..." Reya mumbled to herself, knowing that she'd get few, if any, handouts from Father. This was a test to see how independent she was. At least, that's what he had said. Closing in on the docks, Reya noticed she was early...by a whole half hour. "Wow...a bit too punctual...what am I supposed to do with this energy...OH! Stretches!"

And so, before others arrived at the Docks, Reya occupied herself with jumping jacks, lunges, and a spot of yoga. Hopefully Orion would show up soon, so she could apologize about being kind of a jerk yesterday...stupid childhood habits...or maybe Jack would come say hi...who knew?
