It was in an MMO, Star Wars Galaxies (now dead).
There was no plot. We didn't know what we were doing. Essentially entirely improv.
We had a villain and I ended up being the hero since I was the only player who'd chosen the Jedi class.
First forums rp was similar to Twilight's. It was called 'Hatchlings' and it ran out of plot but we kept it going for years on improvised plots.
