CORRUPT AND MASAKI I TOTALLY MENTIONED THE BOTH OF YOU IN MY KII POST SO YOU GAIS SHOULD READ IT AND RESPOND TO IT, K?

WHAT HE SAID.
That could be it. I haven't seen the movie myself so I was relying on the page. It probably makes sense that the information on the page was wrote in a confusing way.

Prince, you want me to explain it as requiring a puppet then? It doesn't matter much to me because I chose the Rinha clan simply because they specialize in medical ninjustu and not the Kekkai Genkai.
They were capable of absorbing the chakra both by direct physical contact or from a distance. Malice showed capable of even doing this through a puppet.

The link.

The page makes me think that Malice did that specifically. As in he was "even capable" of doing this with a puppet while the rest of the clan typically did this without puppets. Although Malice's page does sorta foreshadow the opposite.

Are we interpreting the page differently though?
Okay? Kii wasn't okay; neither of them were! They were drugged, and Ryou had been drugged... a lot. He wasn't even sure how he was still running. All Ryou was aware of was that Kii definitely wasn't okay, that they needed to find Shira, and get the hell out of dodge. Then, when they got home or far enough away from Konoha, they could sleep. At that point they'd probably look like zombies, and Ryou wasn't too sure he'd actually enjoy it. This mission was totally missing with his life ambitions. First, fish was ruined and now- No! Zombies would never be ruined. Zombies were freaking awesome with their decaying foods and their limitless hunger. So, Ryou might never touch another piece of fish again but he was definitely going to continue cuddling on with his stuffed zombies.

"I'm sorry, Kii. We need to keep going." And Ryou fully intended to continue dragging Kii through the streets. That was until Kii ran into a boy..? Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a ninja boy. This could be bad. Or awesome. After all, Ryou was really interested in learning if Konoha ninja were brainwashed or just stereotypical Hokage-made zombies He started to open his mouth but quickly snapped it closed. Asking a Konoha ninja about their current state of brainwashing probably wasn't a good idea. "Sorry, sorry!" Ryou apologized instead. "My friend here is a little drunk. I keep telling him that he's too young to drink and stuff but, you know..?" Ryou frowned, looking at his face as if truly ashamed by Kii's life decisions.

Ryou tightened his grip on Kii and glanced over Kota's shoulder. Shira had to be somewhere nearby. The village was huge, but a captured jinchuriki probably stuck out like a sore thumb. At least he hoped. Like really, really hoped. "I should get him home. So, he doesn't run into any people." With that, Ryou would attempt to drag Kii aound Kota. "Sorry again!"
Edited. A further explanation is under the quote from the wikia.
Name: Kami Rinha

Age|Gender: 15 Female

Alliance: Konoha

Rank: Chuunin

Clan: Rinha

Kekkei Genkai: The clan also possessed a Kekkei Genkai which enabled them to absorb chakra from people and create perfect clones via puppets. They were capable of absorbing the chakra both by direct physical contact or from a distance. However, throughout the years and mingling of bloods, a portion of the clan is instead able to use this technique to create clones with the same chakra as the person. This is due to the absorbed chakra.

However, Kami has trouble absorbing chakra from a distance. This takes a lot more time than absorbing by physical contact, and is a real hassle when people keep moving. The technique is pretty similar to the cloning justu. The only real difference is that the clone is a copy of someone else and as the same chakra. It's also very difficult to tell the difference between the clone and the actual person. It's basically as if Kami forced someone to create a clone of themself, but she's in control. Although, even a clone faking a stranger's personality perfectly is near impossible. She is decent at best with Kekkai Genkai and usually only uses it to prank her friends. She isn't all that interested in her inherited technique and doesn't spend much time developing it.

Traits: Like most Rinha, Kami specializes in medical ninjustu.

Appearance: The one on our right.

History: Kami is the daughter to a well-respected doctor. Kami’s mother was the kind of parent who would read her child biology textbooks instead of children’s books. From an early age, she was taught medical ninjustu and both natural and scientific medicine. The training was rigorous, and she loved every single second of it. Her mother’s strict training had a lot to do with the Resistance. Her mother was under the impression that the more medical ninja there were, the higher their chances were of winning. Kami would always follow her mother around, helping anyway she possibly could. Although the Resistance was a sad time, it made her realize that she wanted to help people. She couldn’t follow a simple ninja career; she needed to become a medical ninja.

However, Kami’s father was afraid that she wouldn’t be able to protect herself as a medical ninja. Sure, there were stories of medical ninja successfully using medical ninja to fight, but there was no way to be sure Kami would be that successful. Besides, Kami was too young to even master any offensive medical ninjustu techniques. So, he began to teach her taijustu to balance out her abilities. This enraged her mother and the two began to argue over what to teach Kami and who got to train her when. It was pretty much a custody battle. Eventually, after a lot of bickering only a married couple could manage, her parents began to compromise. Along with her mother’s knowledge of the human body and her father’s taijutu skills, Kami began to develop a fighting style similar to Dim Mak.

Like most revolutions, the Resistance soon ended. Unfortunately, Kami’s father was among the list of causalities. Her mother took his death as her opportunity to guilt Kami into continuing her education in medical ninjustu. After all, without medical ninjas, other little girls would lose their fathers. Besides, Kami’s mother had to find some way to spite her husband for dying! Winning control over her daughter’s education was the best way she could go about it. Although Kami happily studies ninjustu, she still practices taijustu. She plans on becoming a jounin and then following in her mother’s footsteps by becoming a doctor.

Personality: Sensitive. Kami is a very sensitive person despite the fact she doesn’t show it like a normal person. Instead of crying over a kicked puppy, she’s more likely to hunt down the person who kicked it. However, having been a genin during the Resistance, she has seen a lot and has a pretty stoic disposition. She knows how to stay calm and keep her heart steady. She could see someone get beaten up and not reveal any emotions. However, she would definitely express herself by defending that person. She walks a very thin line between black and white. Kami’s personal motto is: ‘Family before the village’. Her father had given her life for the village and Kami would gladly follow. But if a friend became a missing ninja, Kami would sacrifice herself to protect them. Despite her ability to remain calm, Kami is very vocal and isn’t afraid to state her opinion. Her Achilles’ heel would have to be her mother. Instead of being her normal opinionated self, Kami is more docile and quietly does whatever her mother wants.

Combat Style: Pressure Points. Kami uses her knowledge of the human body and taijustu to attack pressure points. However, this means she’s a close range fighter which isn’t too beneficial for a medical ninja. She typically only fights if there’s no other option because she knows her place as a medical ninja. She isn’t any use to other ninja if she’s injured or dead.

Nature Release: Fire, Earth, Lightning, Water, Wind. (However, she doesn't focus on these as much as her taijustu and medical ninjustu.)

Jutsu List:

Mystical Palm Technique

Poison Mist With the mist, she is able to use this to slowly slow people down. However, a person really has to breath this in to be effective. Breathing enough of the mist in can cause loss of consciousness .

Chakra Scalpel (However, Kami isn’t skilled enough to use this is battle. This is a medical ninjustu she’s only been allowed to use to dissect animals. If someone had a piece of glass in them, they probably shouldn’t ask Kami for help yet.)

Healing Technique

Current Wild Dance This justu is usually used for a quick getaway.

Weaponry: She carries about twenty senbon on her and a scalpel.

Miscellaneous: She always has a first aid kit handy.
Lol. I'm a girl. And here's the profile.
