Ryou nodded as the young man, that Ryou assumed was Taiho, asked about Kii's whereabouts. "I think Kii's just really excited but super paranoid. You know how he is." Ryou explained, offering a friendly smile. He wasn't even worried about giving anything away with what he just said. After all, his statement was absolutely innocent. Kii could have been taking a field trip to a bunny zoo and still be super paranoid. It was the Kii-way and, Ryou was pretty sure, the exact opposite from the Shira-way.
Ryou smiled, a tad creepily, down at the food. Fish! He didn't have to keep eating whatever food his mother had stuffed in his backpack. Nope, there was fish! "Thanks, I brought food along but Kii refuses to eat it." Ryou smiled as he took the tray. He could always put Kii's bowl away until Kii returned. Sure, the food would be slightly cold and.. ,unless Kii wanted to draw attention to himself, would stay that way. "Kii's probably going to treat you like God. I'm almost one-hundred percent sure he would have rather starved to death than accept any food I offered-!" Ryou practically whined. But Ryou would've totally tied up Kii and force feed him if that's what it had taken. "And fish is the best. So, thanks." If Kii trusted Taiho, Ryou would trust Taiho. Of course, he wasn't going to start talking about being a spy, but for the most part he would treat Taiho like part of the group.
Eventually, Taiho left them with some bags. Ryou frowned slightly as Shira went off on her own to do the work. This... definitely wouldn't be as fun without any of his friends with him. He leaned down and tossed a few bags over his shoulders. Ryou had grown up working in a weapon shop, he doubted this chore would take all day.
