Drink more water. Find an exercise program, for cardio, lifting, or mix it both. Men, eat more saturated fats and protein. Avoid soda and excessively drinking alcohol. Get at least 7 hours of sleep.

If anyone knows Opallum (which is okay, he's usually talkative enough, I guess), I want you to realize that he frequents dark alleyways like a creepy bum and sleeps in abandoned buildings.
