He started with no warning, which surprised her. The two cards which hit her left her feeling a bit dazed from the pain of impact and the burning sensation where they had touched. This was for the better as these little bits of pain may help her ignore other hurts that might come in the course of this no-holds-barred practice session. Bobbi steadied herself and got a better grip on her hammer. Gambit was next to her again and used his staff to sweep the feet from beneath her.
Using her body weight and the head of the hammer she managed to flip back onto her feet rather than falling on her back. She had to skip back a few paces to balance out her momentum. A feral growl escaped her lips as she faced Gambit again. Her eyes shone with her excitement, a sensual grin, and a strange bloodlust she could never remember feeling before began to grow in her belly. "Il semblerait que mon capitaine aime la vie dure." Her words were spoken with a deep and seductive purr. "C'est une bonne chose que j'aime la brute et que je joue sale."
Bobbi then ran at him, raising the hammer above her head as if to attack him from the top. At the last moment, she feinted, ducking down and bringing the hammer low as she slid sideways on her feet. She was careful to hit him with the wood of the handle rather than the head of the hammer. Despite her fight fueled senses, the last thing she wanted was to kill or maim him. No one likes contusions and internal bleeding. The hit only caused him to stumble back a bit but she hoped it might knock a little wind out of his sails... and lungs.
She then dropped down to a knee and swung the hammer in the opposite direction. The weight and momentum caused her to spin and she used it to knock the legs out from beneath her opponent. She was up and backed off a few paces as Gambit rose back up to is feet with no issues mere moments later. There was this strange something eating its way through her gut like a worm through a rotten apple. It was telling her to continue the onslaught, give him no moment to move or breath. Make sure he could never get up again. Bobbi tried to suppress this odd feeling. She had been trained by the thieves guild on how to fight. And they certainly never taught her anything that would cause this animalistic feeling that was working to take over her mind.
