If any of you do not know Tamerlaine yet—she is a being of inimitable power, opposed to this group, without any pretense of morality, interested only in furthering her own ends. Her particular goal, I have not explained, but now that things are coming to a head, it is necessary to explain what is at stake now that she has taken over the City of Gold. Aron, if you would proffer her motivation?

Tamerlaine calls it the Efficiency of Everything. She plans to use a massive Realmatic transformation to force all of Existence into a highly energy-efficient state in order to postpone the heat death of reality indefinitely, so she has enough time to research every possible option to reverse entropy.

It's a Realmatic problem. Seth's city got taken over by Tamerlaine's people, which means there'll be a fight. That's a chance for both of us to exercise the Green Magic in actual combat.
