Backstory: Morgan was born on a Underwater city known as New Toronto, born to a poor family of laborer's who's only place in life is to build submarines for a wealthy Baron who ruled the city with a iron fist, His father was incredibly old and knew what life was like before the flood, every day he'd tell him stories of the day's of old and how great it was, This made Morgan want to revert the flood, as soon as he found out about the Artifact he stole a Submarine, a sword and gathered a crew and set out to the deeps,

while escaping he was caught by a Guard named Armand who shot him in the eye, Morgan repaid the deed by removing the guard's eye aswell, that Guard was promoted to Captain of the Guard and promised revenge ever since
