Obsessed with Disney, Hamilton, Heathers, and Wicked. Earworm cannot ridden off permanently. I'd probably play "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story" in my funeral. For Good is Too Good! Elphaba!

Looking forward to it, then!
Wow, awesome premise. Count me in! Most likely doing the new people. I'd recommend not getting too much players (like me when I first GM-ed) and restrict yourself to the self-imposed limit. Other than that, I hope we all have a good one!

@auspiciousPetal I hope that we don't collide too painfully, to be honest. I can already tell that it's gonna be fun, though.

Name: Levy Sandara aka “Shaman”

Age: 21

Abilities: With her direct connection to the Gods and spirits, Levy has the ability to remove evil spirits, heal wounds, manipulate ghosts and spirits to do her bidding, and curse a human to be subjected to pain and nightmares. Blessed by the Gods as their champion, Levy has a spirit with her that would guide and help her through her journeys.

Appearance: Short black hair usually worn with a headband, tan skin, and dark brown eyes. Usually seen wearing comfy shirt, stretchable jeans, and sneakers. Jacket if she needs them.

Upon entering the Guild in Canada, she has taken to wearing a golden mask given to her as a gift by the witch healer that helped give birth to her. Levy usually still wears her usual attire.

Personality: While normally polite and reserved in a normal setting, she wouldn’t hesitate being a salty support while healing the wounded ass of a super, berating them for being rash. In the quiet nights, she love to be surrounded by video games and internet since she didn’t have that luxury in her home country before.

Backstory: She was one of the many girls born in a moonless night. If her mother birthed her in the cities, any city, it wouldn’t be such a big deal. Unfortunately, her mother labored quite early and she was born in one of their provinces, where the spiritual energy was high. The hands of fate were at play when it all happened.

Due to their house being relatively isolated in the province, it was difficult to hail vehicles inside their compound. Strangely, there were no cars or people on sight during the early mornings where people should be awake, readying themselves for work. So, Levy’s mother’s only choice was to be tended by the witch healer who was her aunt.

Maybe it was because of those factors and happenings that made Levy see ghosts when she gained her consciousness. In her home in the city, she could see her dead grandfather lazing around in their garage-made-porch, sitting and looking at his son, daughter, or wife. Usually, her grandfather would put a slim finger on his lips when she was about to talk to him, reminding her to be quiet about his presence.

When they returned in the province, there was something different about this one ghost. She looked like someone who held an important role in the ancient years. The colors were muted, as what most ghosts looked like, but it was a sight to behold. The woman looked young, maybe eighteen years old, wearing patterned scarf and cloth headband with silver shirt and black skirt.

It was a striking image that never left her mind, being an impressionable kid that she was. When Levy told her mother what she saw, they didn’t return for another five years. It was when she was fifteen that they returned in the province, reunited to this ghost that patiently waited for her. Taking a walk in the forest behind their house, the ghost started talking to her.

With the decline of the shamans and ascent of modern technology, there had been a surge of evil spirits that threatens to make life difficult for humans. It was her task to slowly dwindle down their numbers so that the humans can put their faith on the Gods once again and to let them guide their path.

Hesitant, Levy declined, not really knowing if it would be a good idea or not. The next day, her grandmother fell ill, her uncle telling her family that she unknowingly stepped on a dwarf’s mound. Thinking that it was the ghost’s fault, she trudged towards the forest and threw curses at her. But the ghost explained that it was the evil surrounding the dwarves, that they weren’t supposed to be this powerful in the first place.

With not much choice, Levy accepted the task, the ghost performing hand gestures and chants. At first, nothing seemed to happen but it was the feeling of power that trickled under her skin, travelled to her heart, and towards her soul that made her feel differently. It was a sudden shift that it made her head hurt, hoping to blink it away.

When she opened her eyes, the ghost in front of her was filled with color, that were it not for her ethereal look, she’d think that the ghost was real. There was a bright smile on the ghost’s face, telling Levy that she has earned the Gods’ and spirits’ favor and that she had the power to cleanse the world of evil.

As the ghost disappeared in the wind, leaving behind a firefly to stare at, Levy was stumped on what to do. It was when the firefly flew around her in circles until she turned her attention to it, guiding her deeper in the forest. There, she heard obnoxious high-pitched laughter, eyes soon finding the dwarves.

The soft whisper of the wind told her the ways to purify them. With the connection to the spirits’, it wasn’t difficult to rid the dwarves of the evil they had, reciting the chants the wind told her to repeat. It was a calm process, where the corrupted aura was taken away and purified by the Gods. When Levy asked the curse to be taken off her grandmother, it was swiftly removed.

And so, as she left behind that province and, soon, that country, the firefly still remained at her side, the Gods and the spirits looking over her shoulder, their guidance leading her to the Guild and towards Chicago.

Ugh, my CS sheet is disturbing. I didn't know I was capable of writing that. Might be able to post it either later today or tomorrow.
Yuri's cool for me and I think I can deal with any of those. I don't have any specifics in mind so you can decide on what kind you want for us to do (as long as it's w/w). It'd be a good practice for writing romance.
Looks awesome!
Court of the Red Hood's pretty awesome. I mostly play female characters but would be glad to play a male one.
